Great place to enjoy holidays in Valencia

The apartment has a lot of of potential and it’s in a great location but it needs improvement

Pros: The apartment was in a *great location*, literally across from the Arts and Sciences building and easy to get around by bus. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and two markets (one that is closed on Sundays). The complex is quiet and the air conditioning unit in the living room worked well. It was helpful to have a washing machine (no dryer - you have to use the drying rack). The owner was very responsive. Someone met us when we arrived to show us around the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the room had darkening blinds.

Cons: The place was clean but not spotless. We kept finding bugs and dead bugs on the floor. The towels seemed old. When we got ready for bed, I noticed that one of the pillow cases had blood stains; I couldn’t tell if it had been washed and they were just old stains or if the pillow case had not been washed. It made me feel queasy to see, so I diligently looked around for bed bugs. I don’t think we saw any but we did see a few tiny bugs on the floor in the living room. We also didn’t have a drying rack so after arriving and running the washer. We had to hang all of our clothes in the balcony’s small table and chairs to dry. (They delivered the drying rack the next day). In truth, I was so freaked out about the pillow that I booked another place in town and left the next morning. We did not ask for our money back and just left the keys in the apartment as if we had already checked out. The bedroom also doesn’t have air conditioning nor was there a fan so it was very stuffy in the bedroom. I didn’t want to open a window because of mosquitos.

Pros: Спасибо, все нормально. Нас встретили, все показали и рассказали. Квартира достаточно комфортная. Есть нюансы на любителя, но много положительных моментов: жилье по-своему уютное, интересное и удобное. Нормальный паркинг. Место - хорошее как для деловой поездки, так и для отдыха. В пешей доступности весьма интересный Центр Науки и Искусства - масштабное сооружение, там есть, что посмотреть. Рядом есть магазины, кафе и остановки автобусов, если лень ездить на машине :) Спасибо, нам понравилось.

Cómodo y bien situado

Pros: Está muy bien situado a unos metros de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Es un apartamento cómodo con dos baños con bañera y una habitación con cama grande, un salón comedor y una cocina dotada de todo lo necesario, incluyendo lavadora. Además posee su propia plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio y con ascensor hasta el piso. También tiene una pequeña terraza con mesa y dos sillas. Hay toallas limpias y está todo bastante limpio en general. Tenía aire acondicionado central que funcionaba bien El personal muy amable y atento nos explicó todo muy bien a nuestra llegada. No se si está insonorizado pero no oímos ningún ruido de vecinos en los 5 días que nos alojamos.

Cons: A pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas se oye el ruido de la calle, lo cual no es gran inconveniente porque es un barrio tranquilo, lo mas molesto son los camiones de la basura que pasan cerca de medianoche. En general todo bastante bien.

Pros: Andando a 5 minutos de la ciudad de las artes y ciencias..... A un paso de paradas autobús para centro valencia, ayuntamiento, casco histórico.....y para playa malvarrosa....en 15 minutos todos cercanos...

Cons: Nada...
