Cons: The only complaint is that u have to take keys from one location to go to another(apartment) location.

Pros: Апартаменты зручна размяшчаюцца ў цэнтры горада, недалёка ад метро і вакзала, добры гандлёвы цэнтр. У канцы верасня было не шумна і не гарача. Вялікая і чыстая 4-х пакаёвая кватэра, усюды ёсць вентылятары, на кухні кандыцыянер. У агульным кухня не дрэнна абсталявана. The apartment is conveniently located in the city center, close to the subway and the train station, and a good store. It was not noisy and not hot in late September. It's a large and clean 4-bedroom apartment, there are fans everywhere, and there's an air conditioner in the kitchen. The kitchen is decently equipped overall.
Cons: Асноўны мінус у тым, што трэба забіраць ключы за 15 хвілін хады ад апартаментаў, пры гэтым у букінгу паказаны адзін адрас, а на эмейл дасылаюць іншы (інструкцыю мне не даслалі адразу, а зрабілі гэта пасля майго запыту ў дзень рэзервавання). Сам квартал напоўнены азіяцкімі крамамі і сэрвісамі, ніякага асаблівага віду з акнаў не было. У самой кватэры не хапала ўсім адзейны. Увы, але няма стандартнага набора з солі / цукару / чаю / кавы. The main downside is that you have to pick up the keys a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and while one address is listed on the booking, another is sent by email (they did not send me the instructions initially but did so after my request on the reservation day). The neighborhood itself is filled with Asian shops and services, so there wasn’t a particularly good view from the windows. The apartment itself lacked blankets for everyone. Unfortunately, there is no standard set of salt/sugar/tea/coffee.

Convenient and comfortable base for exploring Valencia
Pros: The location was great, very accessible via taxi if exploring further afield and close to public transport. The hosts were very accommodating in requests for spare keys or places to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. The apartment was well stocked, clean and spacious. Others have complained about the shower pressure but it seemed fine to us.
Cons: The street noise does carry through into the apartment, we didn't stay over a Tuesday when the street market takes place but I could see how that could be very loud in the morning. The apartment is up two flights of fairly narrow stairs, not a problem for us but could be for some. Collecting the keys was from their office about 800m away, it was well signposted with good directions but it does need to be taken into consideration.

Pros: Buona posizione, vicino alla stazione e a 10 min a piedi dal centro. 4 min a piedi c’è una metro. La casa è bella, i letti comodi e una zona salotto/cucina ottima per godersi un po di relax.
Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto, valuterei di lasciare della carta igienica in più e un appendi asciugamano o qualcosa per appoggiare le cose nel bagno piccolo.

Una escapada entre amigos en una ciudad muy bonita
Pros: La ubicación es maravillosa, cerca del centro y de todos los servicios y el piso es muy bonito.
Cons: Algún aspecto del apartamento, los colchones de la habitación pequeña son muy duros, la mampara de la ducha principal necesita unos arreglos y la cisterna del baño pequeño no funciona.

Pros: Struttura abbastanza spaziosa, camere pulite, aria condizionata anche se presente solo in salone, mentre nelle camere ci sono dei ventilatori. Posizione abbastanza centrale, si trova in un quartiere principalmente con negozi cinesi.
Cons: Abbiamo trovato più di qualche blatta, ma credo sia un problema generale di valencia. Bagni un po’ troppo piccoli.
