Great apartment, bad communication with the agent

Pros: The apartment is like on the pictures, very well furnished and thanks to the smart design is way more comfortable than what one would expecy from 35m2. It was clean and had everything we needed. The metro station is right in front of it, the area is nice.

Cons: The agent required that I provide my credit card details in chat to get the checkin instructions. Then without notice they charged me 250€ deposit even though I had prepaid the place for the full stay. I received the refund a few days after I checked out. Two days before check in we asked the agent to cancel our non-refundable booking because the city was flooded the day before. The agent said there was no reason to cancel as the city was not affected. Upon arrival the reality we faced was that the city was badly affected, during the first two days of our stay most attractions were closed, the Valencia-Real Madrid football game was cancelled (that match was the main reason for our trip to Valencia) and the metro was not operational at all (we booked the apartment for its proximity to a metro station).

Alojamiento nuevo y bien equipado a unas pocas paradas en metro para ir al centro.

Pros: Buenas comunicación y facilidad antes de llegar, estaba muy limpio, muy nuevo y muy bien equipado. La cama supletoria es muy fácil de montar y recoger. Había cápsulas de café y azúcar, tostadora y hervidor, secador y plancha para el pelo, plancha para la ropa y tabla, geles, jaboncillos y cepillos de dientes. Todo con mucho detalle y gusto. Muy bien ubicado, se puede coger el metro justo en frente. Fácil para aparcar.

Cons: Al ducharte se sale el agua a pesar de tener mucho cuidado, y esto sí que resulta incomodo. El segundo día olía un poco a desagüe o humedad, pero nada excesivo. Añadiría algo más de menaje para cocinar como una ensaladera, tabla para cortar y una bayeta . Pero son sugerencias de mejora simplemente, está genial!

Très bien je recommande ce logement

Pros: C’était parfait Le logement est très bien placé à 2 pas du métro et de la gare. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre ville historique . Nous avons bien dormi et apprécié de logement

Pros: Super emplacement à 15 minutes du centre-ville de Valencia et à proximité de plusieurs commerces. Le studio est très bien équipé. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour. Merci ☺️

Cons: Une odeur désagréable de remontée d’égout ou autre dans la salle de bain 🤨

Pros: Ubicacion en zona residencial con transporte público a 1 calle.Buena conexion al centro de la ciudad.

Cons: Olor a cañería en la vivienda.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo e funzionale. Letto comodo. Quartiere tranquillo, c’è tutto a pochi passi, metro, pasticceria/forneria, farmacia.

Cons: Purtroppo l’odore persistente presente nella struttura ha disturbato il nostro soggiorno, do comunque il voto massimo perché senza questo problema sarebbe stato l’alloggio perfetto, spero che venga risolto al più presto

Pros: L'appartement proche metro ligne 1 2 7 , et aussi bus 72 et 73 , juste en face

A quick metro ride into the heart of València.

Pros: This was a spotless unit. The location was not in the immediate València city center, but the availability of the Metro immediately across the street made it easy to access everything. The unit had a well appointed kitchenette with modern appliances. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. We would be happy to return to this unit.

Cons: During our stay there was a persistent sewer odor for several days. We determined that this seemed to be a neighborhood issue, but an unfortunate inconvenience nonetheless.
