Valencia stay at Olala

Pros: Very clean and smooth process to check in/access/check out. Great support via chat. Really felt like looked after. Highly recommended

Cons: Minor issue with the curtains over the small terrace: those need fixing ;-)

Pros: The apartment is clean, good place, awesome workers. I’ve got a problem with hot water, workers helped fastly solve it

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. A romantic apartment in a quiet area, with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. Close to the metro station.

Pros: The property was ideal for our five night stay. Perfectly spacious for a couple. Great facilities for cooking and laundry. The space was very comfortable, especially to come back to from the hot weather with great air conditioning. Very close to a metro line directly into the city, and walking distance to some great supermarkets.

Cons: Having arrived quite early in the morning, the check in was not until 3pm midday. This is usually the case for most hotels, but as there was no reception desk we had nowhere to leave our luggage while waiting to check into our apartment. Would recommend looking into city luggage lockers, you can drop off your bags if you have quite some time to wait around for a reasonable price.

Pros: everything was good, close to metro and well equipped

Nice apartment in accessible area.

Pros: the apartment is very clean and easy to access by metro from the airport. They left some beverages in the fridge and coffee for us, that was nice. We had an issue with the balcony door lock and the AC but they have fixed it right away. Thanks to Einer as well. She was kind and respondent.

Great stay, but needs a bit more care

Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished, with everything you might need for staying several days, kitchenware, clothing rack, a mop, etc. It is in a quiet area outside the centre but also really close to the metro and bus stations, so you can have a good night sleep while also being able to easily commute to the city centre or the beach. Olala customer support was also really helpful since we had some issues understanding how AC system works and few other things. Entering was easy with the provided lock codes.

Cons: The apartment was not spotless when we came :( there were bread crumbs on several places on the floor and there was dust on both tables. I guess that's on the cleaning service. Also, the automatic lock was not functioning properly so sometimes we had to enter the code 3 or 4 times.

Buen alojamiento

Pros: Tuve mis dudas a la hora de reservar, por algunas reseñas que decían que habían tenido problemas para entrar en el apartamento, y que no les contestaban, pero en nuestro caso fue todo súper fácil. Desde el móvil se pueden abrir las puertas, y contacté 2 veces a Olala por dudas, y la respuesta fue muy rápida. El apartamento es moderno y agradable.

Cons: La limpieza no está mal, pero sí que debería realizarse algo más a fondo, es mejorable, y la botella de gel en la ducha estaba casi vacía. Luego, los huéspedes de los apartamentos contiguos hacían algo de ruido en el pasillo al ir a visitarse unos a otros en los apartamentos, pero llegó la noche y ya no escuchamos nada.
