One Shot Puerta Ruzafa

Pros: The staff was absolutely extraordinary and super friendly. They helped me with organizing the cake for my wife's birthday and also provided some additional surprise decorations.

Cons: Nothing. It was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

Pros: Great location. Super great room, design, people. Very clean and stylish.

Cons: One evening after 23:00 the hot water was not so hot, if that can be counted as a flaw at all)

It sure was a good stay, but thinking the price i expected more, real coffee in the rooms at least!

Pros: The hotel is in a very central location so we don't need any transportation. It's also a crowded and noisy spot but the windows were perfect, not even a sound in the room. The room was nice decorated and comfy.

Cons: Well, i arrived early than my friend so the reception staff asked me to pay the whole bill, when i cleared that my friend will be there an hour later or two so if it's possible to wait for her, they said people can run without paying??!! I mean you're a 4 star hotel, not a hostel, this shouldn't be the language! And also nescafe in the rooms?! Please! Who drinks nescafe!

Perfect stay!

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel in Valencia. From check-in to check-out, the team was professional, friendly and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and we always felt welcome. We were there for my husband’s birthday and the hotel surprised us by decorating the room and leaving a personal note. It was tasteful and thoughtful, not over the top, and we really appreciated the effort. The location is right in the heart of Valencia, on the busiest shopping street. Despite that, the hotel is impressively quiet. Once inside, you don’t hear any street noise. You’re in the middle of a lively area, but the hotel feels calm. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept really well. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Great service, excellent location and high-quality rooms.

Favorite city trip

Pros: Everything, the location was prefect. The staff were just amazing. They took customer service to the next level. I cannot fault anyone working there. They all went above and beyond to make myself and my travel companion feel welcome. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lucas (I hope this name is correct) what a fantastic employee. His tips for the city and help making reservations just amplified our stay. We will definitely be back and staying here again.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Cooked food Not very hot. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay. 🙂

Cons: Coffe and milk wasn’t replaced for the next day. But once we asked it was dealt with. It would have been better to get in our room a bit earlier as it wasn’t till 2pm. Other than that it was good.
