Ideally located in center of city.

Pros: The location in the city centre. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast area small and intimate. The staff were very welcoming and did well with my Glasgow accent. I loved the old fashioned 'caged' elevator.

Cons: The shower could have been better as it didn't keep a constant temperature.

It was very pleasant journey! Valencia is an amazing city!

Pros: Location and staff. The hotel is situated near Colon metro station. The train station is also very close and accessible by feet. The staff was very helpful.

Top location close to the beautiful city centre !

Pros: I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, especially Mr. Mitchie, but every single employee was very kind and willing to accommodate my requests. One area the hotel could improve is the breakfast, which is a bit poor. And as for noise, perhaps the walls in the rooms could be soundproofed, as you can sometimes hear the neighbors talking.

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: Hotel has a great location and it’s very clean (room was cleaned every day). Breakfast is good, maybe some warm dishes were missed. Dining room is also very small. Great thing is that hotel has an elevator and cot available, which was important for us due traveling with a baby. Good value for money!

Valencia is a new discover

Pros: The location is amazing, near to everywhere. I come from Rome so, even if it is 50mins walk to the Ciutat de Las Arts, it's nothing. Staff is very accommodating, all of them. If you don't like walking you can take the tram of the metro.

Great location to explore Valencia

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located between the main shopping street and city hall square, within walking distance of the sights and easy reached by metro from the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the roof terrace was a bonus. The room was compact but nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast was pretty basic but more than adequate.

Cons: The walls were thin and the pipes loud. This was a bit of a shock on my first night as there must've been a shower right through the wall from bed as it sounded like I was in the pipe... But it was less bad on subsequent days, and I got used to it. It actually served as a sorta alarm for the mornings!
