Pros: The staff were exceptional. Location so central. Relaxed and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was beautiful. Couldn't fault anything!

Great location, very comfortable bed and a good breakfast

Pros: The location is brilliant. It was spotlessly clean. The hotel allocated both rooms on the same floor which was really good. Our son was very unwell one night, we needed access to a 24 hour pharmacy- the reception team were extremely helpful- organising a taxi, providing the contact details, we managed to get the medication we needed which made a real difference to our son

Cons: All good. When requested a change of room as the double although described as superior wasn't big enough for us. We were immediately offered a room with two singles put together to make a king size. The room itself was an upgrade on what we had booked. Delighted.

Pros: Great breakfast, starting with fresh fruit, followed by a good selection of cheeses and ham, buns and bread, and finishing with omelettes and other hot dishes. Friendly staff are always ready to help and consistently offer delicious coffee. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the bathroom is fine. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the bus station and subway, and within walking distance of the historical center, the Central Market, and the Turia Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Thank you for the welcome cookie! :-)

Pros: Very central location and close to shops and public transport. High quality furnishings, spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent varied breakfast options.
