Great stay with comfortable bed and perfect location

Pros: Very comfortable bed! Clean, helpful staff and breakfast. Very nice smell in the room.

Cons: The door to the room are not sealed with the floor so there is light from the hallway coming to the room (when the door are closed of course) and you can also hear if your neighbours are loud. Other then this small thing it was perfect.

Smart, modern hotel right in the centre of everything.

Pros: Very central, near North station, old town and shopping area. BBC tv. Spacious room. Very good value off-season in January.

Cons: Poor signage for cafe, lift, other facilities.

Valencia is vibrant and beautiful - truly a magnificent City

Pros: The location score does not allow me to say how brilliant this hotel is - close to the Colon Metro and right in the centre of Valencia City Centre with lovely shops and a beautiful neighbourhood

Cons: No faults from me - perfect for a short city stay in this fantastic city

Great location, easy to get to, clean, spacious and great staff.

Pros: Fantastic location and really easy to get to from the airport as the metro stop is practically opposite the hotel. The staff are great as well, professional and friendly. The room was clean and had lots of storage space. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I paid more for a city view but the view from the room was very limited. The street view you see in the photos from the hotel can only be for seen from the 5th or 6th floor as we were on the 4th and could only see the building opposite unless you leaned out the windows (which I wouldn't recommend). The hotels main selling points should be the location, the excellent condition of the rooms and the wonderful staff. I think they should remove the photos that suggest if you book a city view you will get that view as it seems unlikely you will as I had read feedback to this effect myself but decided to chance it anyway. And I also banged my arm really hard against the tv and got a bruise as there's limited space between the bed and tv.

Must mention Lucas on reception and Franco who delivered our cases to our room.

Pros: The best location for getting to the hotel from Valencia Station, just a short walk along the main shopping parade.

Cons: The lift situation is confusing having to walk up a short flight of stairs, then through the breakfast room to reach the lift at the back of the hotel.

Nice hotel good location

Pros: Location was perfect for getting around Valencia Breakfast was good

Cons: At times there was no one in reception - could do with a bell or intercom maybe ? Only one lift working and not made aware until arrival . Not good if staying on higher floors

Our stay was comfortable, would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean!

Cons: Only downfall was no full length mirror in our room but not a deal breaker.

Great hotel in a perfect position

Pros: This hotel is excellent overall. The location is perfect and makes very easy to explore the center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and comfortable

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, big room and bathroom, breakfast basic but correct

Cons: Bed a bit too soft in my opinion
