Fantastic city, hotel in great location to see all the sights of the old quarter. Helpful and friendly staff, great amen

Pros: Super comfy beds & luxury linens, towels, plus robe & slippers. Good hot & powerful shower with beautifully scented toiletries. Staff extremely helpful and friendly , especially Laura on reception. Wonderful location & pleasant restaurant.

Cons: Room wasn’t very spacious & not much wardrobe space

Pros: Perfect location right next to the beautiful and busy square Placa de l'Ajuntament. Convenient public transit connections right outside the hotel. Beautiful, restored old building with a taste of Valencia history. Comfortable room, very large bed, nice bathroom

Cons: Seems like most rooms have a view out back and not much day light, especially if you're on one of the lower floors. On the other hand outside noise is minimal. Little storage space in the room, no drawers

Pros: Spacious room, very comfortable beds and a good bathroom! Excellent breakfast! Nice bar and lounge area!

Cons: The room was very dark, tv was impossible to watch, no drawers to put small items of clothing in, tea, coffee facilities were not replenished! Reception area was very dark and gloomy and not very welcoming - pity!0

Comfortable city centre hotel

Pros: The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, including booking a taxi for me to the airport. My room was a reasonable size and comfortable, with a good bathroom/shower. The location was very central. Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable choice available.

Cons: The hotel was fine, but not quite as grand as the façade suggested!

Pros: The location was excellent, near the train station and within walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. The room was large and spacious. The front desk was very helpful in making some food recommendations and where to go.

Cons: Slight inconvenience after checking in as one of the bathroom doors was not working properly, but the hotel fixed it very quickly. Notwithstanding that, the rest of the stay was wonderful.
