Convenience and comfort

Pros: I love the location (very central) because taxis often can’t drive into the old town so you’re left wheeling luggage over cobble stones if you stay there. So I prefer the location of this hotel as it’s right off the Main Street where taxis can access easily. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always clean, welcoming and comfortable with amazingly comfortable beds. There are English channels on TV and the rooms are as cool or as warm as you like using the air con switches. Can’t fault this hotel, it’s my favourite in Valencia.

Very Nice!

Pros: The room and location was very good. And especially staff where super friendly with the best being Abbas from reception they should Give this Guy a raise! Very good!

Cons: Nothing that Abbas did not fix for us.

Pros: The location was perfect, just right in the center and I was walked to see the all beatifull things, museum etc, everything was close.

Cons: Just the small things, the air condition wasn't work well, so it was a little bit hot in the room

Excellent base for Valencia

Pros: Great welcome from staff at reception who gave us lots of in formation . Hotel was spotlessly clean and with modern decor . Excellent breakfast . Fantastic central location with lots of restaurants nearby .
