Serbia 🇷🇸

Pros: Excellent location. The hosts were very responsive and always available if we needed anything. The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. As a bonus, there is a place where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay :)

Excellent location to visit Valencia

Pros: Excellent location. Quiet in the evening. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff

Cons: Check in took a bit. Could be simplify by letting add some of those details online prior to arrival. Nonetheless, it was not an issue

Great central location

Pros: Excellent location, clean and we'll appointed rooms, and after having to phone the help center to get through the check in process, access to the hotel is easy via an electronic card issued by the check in machine.

Cons: I am a single traveler and despite booking as one person, the check in process insisted that I needed to enter a second person's identity details, and would not let me check in as an individual. As there was no second person, I could not check in without having to make a phone call The very helpful person in the call center was able to finish the check in process remotely

Great location, the housekeeping was superb and cleaned the room to high std each day , shower was excellent

Pros: Great location right in the centre with easy walking to all sites

Cons: Not much, it can be a bit noisy along the corridors when people are coming in and out but it didn’t stop us sleeping and it wasn’t that often

Great location!

Pros: The location was excellent! Lovely staff and great 24/7 assistance on whatsup. We had late check in and it was sorted. My room key (card) stopped working and i was looked after too.

Cons: The room had a window looking into the courtyard. Maybe it is common in Spain, but feels strange, always dark and no fresh air. We had room 4, which was adjoined to the communal area - it was noisy as some people were too merry and too loud. The walls are very thin. The smoke detector/alarm is very bright and straight into your face while in bed.

Pros: Fantastic location, on the doorstep of many bars and restaurants. My room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Cons: Not really a dislike but entrance from the street not very attractive

Pros: The room was in the heart of the town, you can walk to the main attractions easily. The place provides you with all the essentials in the room and daily cleaning service. The entrance hall provides you with a water dispenser and lockers all we found to be very useful. We could store our luggage in the lockers after check out, which was very nice.

Cons: I found the registration at the entrance complicated given the fact I had already given our details with an online form.
