Nice hotel in valencia's old town.
Pros: Very conveniently situated in the old town, near the Cathedral and Central Market. Modern, well -appointed room. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Renovation of reception/breakfast area taking place during visit, but this did not intrude on our visit as any noise was confined to during the day whilst we were out. Will be completed by the end of February 2026, I understand.

Central, quiet (February) and clean. Helpful staff.
Pros: good location and pretty quiet. Clean and comfortable. Room well equipped but is compact. Had a terrace which was so good just to sit out a relax a bit. Coffee & tea available free at reception for part of the day. Staff friendly & helpful.
Cons: Bit of a shock walking in and seeing the downstairs are rather dark, partly covered in plastic etc because of renovations but much better impression getting to a renovated room. No tea/coffee in room but you can get a kettle which I didn't realise. Morning coffee is part of breakfast which i did not need. Would normally want a drink before getting showered and dressed esp on holiday. February room prices are good for the quality but the later ones seem very costly to me and I could not afford to stay.

A Mixture of Good and Bad
Pros: The location was excellent, right in the centre of everything but my single room on the 4th floor at the back side of the hotel was quiet with no noise at night. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with everything you could want on offer.
Cons: Unfortunately there were major works in progress at reception of the hotel. We were surrounded by loud noise and the smell of paint at breakfast. The toilets on the ground floor were also out-of-action which was particularly annoying.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel also offers excellent value for money — not expensive at all, especially considering its perfect location right in the center of Valencia, within walking distance of everything. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. In particular, Lola deserves a special mention. She was absolutely wonderful: kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to assist us when I needed help with some documents, always with a smile and genuine care. Her attention and support really made me feel welcome and taken care of, and she truly elevated the entire experience.
Cons: The only small downside — and I say this jokingly as a good Italian — was the coffee. The quality wasn’t quite up to my standards, but I’m sure that’s more the fault of the machine than anything else. My friendly suggestion? A Nespresso machine would make this place absolutely perfect

Pros: Realy kind staff at the front desk and also at breakfast. Big rooms with heating, everything was new and clean. I appreciated that they had good hairdryer in the room. No kettle in the room, but you can make yourself a cup of tea in the lobby. The breakfast was OK, nice selection of juices, smoothies, jams...
Cons: Since it was off season, part of the hotel is under construction/renovation. I didn't enjoy the noise at breakfast, but I understand they have to do this during winter.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful - providing a map with recommendations and organizing a minivan to drop us to the airport. Location was excellent, close to the 10k race start & finish which was ideal. Getting a ro with a balcony was a lovely bonus

Comfy hotel in central location.
Pros: Good size room, comfy bed and access to small balcony. Free bottle of water is nice gesture.
Cons: No Tea and coffee facility in room.
