We handy a lovely break

Pros: Location was very convenient. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant and polite. Providing information on what to see and how to get there. They were very enthusiastic about their city and did everything possible to ensure we had a good time in Valencia.

Stylish and comfortable hotel with outstanding staff in the perfect spot to enjoy everything Valencia has to offer.

Pros: Situation, facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Maybe a choice of type of pillows as the 2 present in room were both deeper than I am used to.

Pros: Great location opposite the main market. Walking distance to the sites of the old town. Friendly staff, newly refurbished. Easy cab ride from the station. €6 to €7 depending on traffic.

Excelent experience :) Thank you to the kind staff!

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was really nice and clean, the location was excelent. Breakfast had nice choices, even had gluten free bread on demand. We needed a bit of help on the last day and we got excelent treatment from the staff, whom were kind from the moment we arrived until the very last minute. This place would be our first choice for accommodation if/when we return to Valencia.

Nice new Room Mate hotel, finding its feet

Pros: Nice design, very new, 7th floor gym a real treat. Friendly front desk staff, Gabriel especially.

Cons: Beware the housekeeping service stops work at 2.30pm sharp and if they haven't got to your room by then, tough luck ! I spent a 3-day weekend with no clean at all, not great and a bit shy of usual Room Mate standards.

Highly recommended spot if you’re looking for somewhere central to stay in València

Pros: I found it very handy that the property had a gym on the rooftop. Very well kept and a scenic spot to work out at The staff were incredibly helpful. I felt comfortable that the staff were very proficient in English The breakfasts were great value in my opinion. A help yourself type buffet was a decent way to set myself up for the day ahead exploring the city

Perfect stay, the quality of this place is unmatched!

Pros: The location is incredible. In the city center, close to everything! In addition the quality of the rooms are super high. The service, the breakfast , the list is so long…everything and everyone make you feel so comfortable. Kudos to Gabriel and Sophie for taking care of us. Also contacting us on WhatsApp and being this available is such a plus! Let me also add that the hotel has room service, mini bar, laundry service and more! The rooms are fully furnished with all the comfort: Nespresso, smart Tv with Netflix exc, and let’s not forget about the Crown steam iron (such a good piece). There is a gym and terrace on the 6th floor that allow us to see the cathedral exc…we will definitely be back!
