Pros: Location is wonderful. Parking in the same building is so convenient. Reception is very nice and helpful, and coffee, olive oil, and garlic is provided for free. :)

Cons: Not enough light in the apartment, so it's not easy for kids to read at night.

Pros: Spacious, clean and good location (despite the slightly dodgy alleys nearby)

Cons: The walls are very thin so you can easily hear noises from the other apartments, staircase etc. It can gen very loud due to this but during the night it was quiet. I would recommend that the luggage storage is done with individual tags and have that room locked...

Good price for perfect stay

Pros: Perfect location, clean, all you need for living and cooking. If something else needs, you can borrow it in reception (pot, coffee, sugar, paper, ect. Nice and helpful people in reception. Managed us check in urlier. Every close to everything in old town center. Food marked is very close.

Great stay for the Valencia Marathon, spacious apartment, great facilities and staff were amazing!

Pros: Perfect for our stay for Valencia Marathon. Staff were amazing and helped us extend our stay as well. Apartment was a great size and all the runners enjoyed it.

Cons: Location was close to the Old Town which was great but not the greatest walking back in the evenings. The surrounding roads seemed to have lots of people hanging around which didn’t make the ladies want to walk back alone.

Pros: Very nice reception and sitting area at the ground floor, big and clean apartment, with good location. Simple check in and check out process. Special thanks to Manrique at the reception, who was very kind.

Cons: You could hear noise coming from the building as well as the streets, but we didn't mind at all.
