Pros: Good value for money, apartment in need of minor upkeep ie peeling paint, towel and toilet stand rusty.

Cons: No teatowel or kitchen roll

A comfortable and well-located apartment, ideal for a short stay in Valencia

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-decorated with a modern touch. The location was convenient, within walking distance to key attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy.

Perfect accommodation for central Valencia

Pros: Excellent very comfortable stay,great location,appartment had everything required,a very well appointed accommodation. Communication was excellent and very helpful.

Pros: The location was excellent. Collecting the keys was really easy and the staff super friendly! The fact that you can stop outside with the car/taxi and also at the apartment really took alot of stress away and handling suitcases much easier. The apartment is very spacious and super comfortable. Great showers with loads of water pressure, good hair dryer. Kitchen super well equipped. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Valencia.

Great value for money in an excellent location

Pros: Location, convenience and excellent level of equipment and facilities in the apartment. Beds and Breaks have been friendly and attentive throughout the booking process. this is a great place to stay if you are planning a visit to Valencia.

Cons: The check in process was a little drawn out and somewhat cumbersome. Uploading images and selfies on to a check in web site was not easy, and the having to add the same details manually seemed excessive.

Excellent stay in one of the loveliest cities in Spain.

Pros: The apartment was very close to the office so picking up the keys was very easy. We arrived very early but the lady there was very welcoming and offered to look after our bags until the property was ready in the afternoon. She spoke excellent English and also sorted out heating in the apartment when we told her that it was chilly in the evenings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the property was very quiet, even though it was very close to the centre of town. It was also a nice bonus to have a dishwasher! It was very easy to walk into El Carmen and the main squares and public transport was very easy to access.

Cons: It would have been nice to have had a few cereal bowls and a couple of small saucepans, but we didn't eat at the apartment very often. We were only give 2 dishwasher tablets so had to wash up by hand several times as there wasn't enough crockery to load the dishwasher.

Perfect localtion - easy access - in the middle of everything!

Pros: We had self-household - starting each day with a visit to the local marked (Mercat Central) to purchase all we needed for the day. The equipment in the apartment was appropriate, as was the fridge's space.

Cons: Just nothing! If anything in all, recommendations in advance upon what to do in Valencia - e.g. practical tips for rent-a-bike days. Valencia has so much to explore - planning of the stay may be beneficial.

Ruim appartment, fijne badkamers en slaapkamers.

Pros: Locatie was vlakbij het centrum, genoeg winkels in de buurt en supermarkt aan het einde van de straat. Heel ruim appartement en top badkamers.

Toller Städtetrip.

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich top, man ist zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen.

Cons: Es funktioniert alles, aber die Möbel im Badezimmer sind schon abgehaust bzw kleine Mängel ersichtlich. Aber man verbringt ja nicht viel Zeit im Apartment.
