Pros: Perfect location for exploration of old town and its surrounds

Cons: Bar attendants could be more attentive. Waited 20 minutes to order a drink and then decided to leave. Bar was not busy.

Comfortable Hotel

Pros: Good location. Roof top bar nice. Beds are comfortable. Pillows comfortable. Room is clean. Bathroom clean and good shower. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is extremely good, apart from the coffee. The coffee machine in our room worked perfectly. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker was amazing. The chocolates on the bed, the foot cream, the body lotion, the straightener’s, all the little goodies were fab.

Cons: The two self service coffee machines at breakfast were dreadful. The machines drove us and several other guests totally demented! They don’t work properly.

Pros: Exceptional staff who really go the extra mile to look after guests. It makes all the difference. Gorgeous touches in the room also - water, foot cream and chocolates. Loved the relaxing music playlist.

Superb hotel for a Valencian city break

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of València. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and there are many restaurants nearby too. Just a 5 minute walk from Colon station which links directly to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and very generously kitted out with a lot of complimentary treats!

Perfect hotel to stay in Valencia old town

Pros: A superb hotel which exceeded our expectations! We were a group of friends travelling for a big birthday and the hotel and staff were wonderful. We all had our own rooms but the roof terrace bar was the perfect chill out spot and meeting point for a drink before going out to explore the old town's many bars and restaurants, which were only a couple of minutes walk. Rooms were super comfortable with Clarins toiletries. The girls also booked the spa and were brought cava while in the jacuzzi. Thank you!

Cons: As others have commented - only the lobby area smells a bit of drains, it's coming from outside not in the hotel. Didn't impact on our stay at all.

Pros: Clean comfortable large rooms large king size bed with medium mattress, choice pillows . Desk with lamp for work, great shower, provided with soap and everything you need if you have forgotten tooth brush, razor comb and more Efficient, polite engaging staff …nothing too much … Good buffet breakfast ….think what you want and it’s there Nice roof top bar

Pros: Really central, beautiful hotel and all the extra touches were unbelievable! Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in with the most friendly and attentive staff, they were so helpful and looked like thy actually enjoyed their job.
