Gem of a hotel

Pros: Good location. Rooms very well equipped, gowns, slippers, hairdryer (Dyson!), even hair straighteners. Tea, coffee and water. Also Netflix so able to watch English tv. Spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and efficient. Great restaurant and good location to explore on foot

Cons: Everything was good. Nothing to 'not like'.

A 5 star stay in sunny Valencia

Pros: The hotel is really top class and more than a 4 star. The staff are exceptional in every way with Daniel on the front desk and Sara in the restaurant being very praiseworthy for their help and assistance. The hotel is very clean, quiet, comfortable and with excellent room facilities. It was a pleasure to be in an hotel with such an excellent atmosphere, bar and great food. It is also in a super location within the old city and hence easy to walk to many of the attractions. We have visited Valencia many times and this hotel was stand out for us and is now a first choice for our next visit.

Cons: Nothing to dislike at all.

Wonderful hotel in the historic centre, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely room and hotel, both felt clean and well put together. The staff are friendly and the bar has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The room wasn't huge but worked well for our short stay. Great location in the heart of the historic centre, really easy to walk to main attractions, places to eat/drink.

Cons: Very minor points but the bedside lamp was way too bright and had to hang a towel over it to read, plasticky sheet on the bed could've been nicer if cotton.

Fantastic throughout but not cheap!

Pros: Property in great condition. Beds super comfy. Has restaurant. Very clean. Rain shower super. In centre of city near to all central attractions. Staff especially Daniel were very attentive, helpful and put up with our terrible Spanish (lol). Asked us ahead of stay whether we’d like spare bed making up etc which was appreciated. Minibar prices OK which made a refreshing change. Rate that I ever put 10/10 and we’ve stayed in posh hotels all over Europe.

Cons: Maybe we missed how, but not sure if balcony doors could be part opened / slanted to let air in without having the door fully open (for security at night).

Excellent location

Pros: Location is great. Easy to reach every touristy areas

Cons: Room was quite small

Pros: The bed was absolutely heavenly. I want to have the same at home now. Giving you welcome drinks is a nice touch. The pressure in the shower was also very nice.

Cons: As many hotels in spain, the walls are somewhat thin. But people were mostly civilized, so it was ok.

Pros: A superb hotel, very comfortable and stylish. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The bar was lovely for evening drinks. The location was excellent, right in the old town. A wonderful stay.

Almost perfect

Pros: 1. The location is great! Close to many beautiful sites as well as to the subway and bus stations. A big supermarket is only 5 minutes away 2. The restaurant staff is exceptional! We were treated with care and friendliness. I have many dietary restrictions and was heard 100%. They modified dishes accordingly and I’ve never felt sick after eating there (which is a rarity) 3. The hotel staff is also amazing. All of the questions and requests were answered right away and I want to once again thank for the birthday gift! 4. The terrace is very lovely too

Cons: 1. The only downside about restaurant was the absence of pastry without eggs (which I don’t tolerate). It would be amazing to have some kind of eggless cinnamon rolls or pancakes options for breakfast 2. The biggest downside of our room was ventilation in the bathroom. It’s so weak that we even asked to check if it works at all after the first night. Because of that all of the walls are covered in condensation after using shower and this condensation gathers on the bathroom counter in such amount that you can’t put anything there without wetting it (see attached photo). It was really uncomfortable 3. I’d like to see more tissues in the bathroom without specifically asking for more. Like in most hotels there are just dispensers with tissues 4. When booking the attic room in winter, keep in mind that there will be no cushions there

Pros: Great accomodation! Superb service and customer centric hotel experience! Great breakfast and good food!

Cons: Nothing to remark

Excellent from check in to check out

Pros: Staff throughout were excellent, great room, great bar and restaurant, shame we didnt stay for longer

Cons: No negative comments to make
