Just perfect!
Pros: This apartment in Valencia is absolutely perfect! The location is amazing—everything is right at your doorstep, putting you right in the center of it all. It features 3 large bedrooms, a cozy living room, a full bathroom plus an extra toilet, air conditioning, and excellent soundproofing! I highly recommend it!

Nice, spacious apartment in the heart of old Valencia
Pros: Nice and spacious apartment in the heart of the old city. The apartment is equiped with everything you need for a vacation stay. It has even a small balcony where you can start a day with your coffee and pastry. Location is supreme. It is situated in an old but well perserved and maintained building. There are pleanty of restaurants, caffes and shops around and all the sighseeing places are in the walking distance. We were in contact with Dave who was very responsive and service minded. Our plane arrived in the morning so the owner was so kind and let us check in earlier.
Cons: The only thing that could be an inconvenience for some people is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator and narrow stairs.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier
Pros: Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage, man ist mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem war es nachts ruhig ( wir sind bei sowas aber auch nicht empfindlich). Der Host war sehr nett, der Kontakt war super, wir durften früher einchecken, er hat uns persönlich alles gezeigt und auch auf Whatsapp geholfen bei Fragen.
Cons: Das Gebäude hat leider keinen Aufzug, dafür kann der Host nichts, aber ich wollte es trotzdem erwähnen, falls es relevant wäre für andere Gäste. Die Toiletten sind leider etwas ungüstig platziert, sehr eng an Wänden, für Männer die über 180cm groß sind könnte das etwas schlecht sein :D

Cons: De verlichting was erg fel (tl-verlichting), geen leuk zacht lampje oid op de kamers gehorig van boven of onderburen.

Pros: La posizione è ottima ,la casa ha tanti comfort ed è stata sistemata da poco credo. David gentile e disponibile.
Cons: Leggermente rumorose le porte . Consiglierei di mettere delle lampade da comodino per non tenere la luce sul soffitto accesa visto che forte.

Cons: De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant en de kussens kan je amper kussens noemen. Zo slap, net als of je niet op een kussen ligt maar op het matras zelf

très agréable, malgré les circonstances terribles (inondations en banlieue de Valence)
Pros: L'emplacement était parfait : très central... et calme en même temps. L'appartement était spacieux et agréable.
Cons: Les quatre étages à monter, évidemment. Mais tout était clairement précisé à la location... et personne n'y peut rien. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenue : trois petites cuillères et trois verres à eau (même pour trois), c'est un peu juste. Et il n'y avait ni carafe à eau ni dessous de plat.
