Excellent Location

Pros: Bed very Comfy. Loads of Space. Cooking Facilities. Security. Great shower with good pressure.

Cons: The fact you cannot see outside. Shutters on windows and when open obscure covering to glass. Road noise & passers by noise but we got used to it.

Pros: The host was very accessible, the location was great. When you get used to the locking system, everything works well.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location is central, with easy access to the city's tourist attractions. The apartment has everything you need, TVs in both rooms, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and everything you need in the kitchen. In addition, the information about accessing the apartment is very clear, everything is easy and detailed. We paid via a link. Initially, I was a little wary that it might be a scam, but it wasn't. We really liked the location and got on very well with the owner.

Pros: I would like to share my positive experience of staying in one of the hotel rooms. From the very beginning, my visit was a pleasant experience. The room itself was spacious, bright, and stylishly decorated, with excellent lighting and all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed, clean bedding, and pleasant interior design created a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the room had a mini-kitchen, allowing me to prepare light snacks and enjoy a home-like experience. I would especially like to mention the cleanliness of the room, as it was well-maintained, and the bathroom always had fresh towels. This certainly added to the overall experience. The location of the hotel is also impressive! It is located in the city center, so all the attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance. In the evenings, you could stroll around the area and enjoy the city's atmosphere.

Excellent location and surroundings

Pros: Location - excellent Apartment is clean but needs freshening the paint in places and kitchenette needs updating Facilities - coffee, tea would be appreciated

Cons: Some sockets are not fixed to the wall properly. Paints needs doing around the entire apartment. Coffee and tea would be appreciated. The keyless access can be complicated Access to the building is difficult. Bikes parked on the hallway, main door very narrow for suitcases and pram and it makes it really difficult to enter the building.

Pros: Stayed in a clean, two bed, apartment with kitchen. It was in a very central location near bars, restaurants, and the central market.

Perfect location to visit the city

Pros: communication with the office/host was very good, location was great (city centre), the apartment was very clean and with all the amenities

Cons: toilet smelled a little bit like damp/mould

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and the location was ideal with easy access to many attractions, restaurants and bars.

Cons: The furnishings were very basic and the cooking facilities consisted of just 2 halogen rings and a microwave.

Pros: Top location, helpfull staff, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend it.
