Nice apartment near the city centre!

Pros: We loved everything in the apartment. It was so lovely, clean and well located! The location is perfect, you can get to anywhere by tram, bus or bike. Everything is also on foot, supermarkets, bars, stores, anything that you might need is there. Super nice neighborhood, Benicalap is safe and super friendly. Also there is a beautiful public pool and parks nearby. I highly recommend this place! Excellent internet connection for work, also comfortable beds and all looks new and fresh in the apartment. The host, Anabel, she is also lovely, she help us on all requests, very fast communication and friendly!

Pros: The house is properly equipped with everything needed. It was cold when we arrived so it took some time to bring the internal temperature to the right level but then it was good. It's 10 min walking from the metro station and 1.5KM from the historical city center. The host was very nice

Cons: There is a supermarket close to the apartment but no restaurants or places to have breakfast. U need to walk 15-20 min or take the tram

Parfait

Pros: Réactivité de la propriétaire très appréciable.. Appartement spacieux confortable et décoré avec goût. Lit confortable. Gel douche, liquide vaisselle et lessive.... rien ne manquait. Il y avait même un parapluie ! On n'a pas utilisé la cuisine mais apparemment il y avait tout le nécessaire. . On a bien aimé l' emplacement proche du tram et quartier sympa. On entend le tram mais ça ne nous a pas gênés et les voisins mais surtout le dimanche et puis on est en Espagne c'est vivant c'est normal !l Je recommande à 100%. On reviendra sans problème.

Cons: Le ménage à la salle de bain laissait à désirer mais ce n'était pas du tout la faute de la propriétaire puisque le ménage est fait par une entreprise. Il y avait un peu d' eau dans le coin de la douche qui fuyait dans la salle de bain mais nous avons épongé et cela n était rien je suis sûre que cela sera réparé très vite !

Pros: Appartamento pulitissimo,nuovo,proprietaria top,disponibile e parla perfettamente italiano,nulla da dire,posizione un po decentrata ma servita di tutto.

Pros: Het appartement lag buiten het toeristisch centrum waardoor we ook contact hadden met het echte Spaanse leven. Vlakbij appartement was er een leuke Cervezeria met tapas \

Comfortable and very well equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped. It met our expectations and we would recommend it. It takes 20mins on foot to get to Turia park.

Cons: We would suggest to provide at least a bottle of water,since we've arrived late and weren't able to buy in neighborhood store. Also, would be nice to pay a bit more attention to cleaning (sticky tablecloth, some dishes etc).

Sehr gute Unterkunft!

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und perfekt für uns. Gut gelegen, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Die Besitzerin war such sehr nett und freundlich. Alles super, 1A!

piso en buena ubicación, limpio y con equipamiento necesario

Pros: el piso estaba muy limpio y con todo el necesario para una estancia comoda

Pros: El apartamento es muy acogedor y amplio tiene de todo. La ubicación al volver la esquina hay parada de bus para ir al centro y metro para playas. Se puede aparcar muy cerca gratis.
