A great option for visitors to Valencia!

Pros: The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is quite close to the metro station and public transport stops. You can easily find a parking space on the neighboring streets if all the spaces at the apartment are occupied.

Great apartment but noisy neighbours

Pros: It was large , beds were very comfortable, clean and right by the metro and supermarket

Cons: The neighbours upstairs were very noisy

Decent accomodation

Pros: Very close to a metro station. The apartment was big enough for three persons they're indeed three bedrooms, the living room has a very comfortable couch and the kitchen is also big enough for even five or six people. The outner of the apartment was very nice and very helpful.

Cons: It was not very clean, there was dust and debris in the rooms behind the door, the sheets were looking very old and the bathroom was small and the ventilation fan was not working. The toilet needs some fixing. I think the most negative thing of this apartment are the neighbors. Above there was a family with I think two children who were screaming running and it was very difficult for you to relax or even sleep at 10 or 11 o'clock in the night.

Pros: Ubicación xq tiene metro y Mercadona muy cerca , la atención tan amable de la dueña, la limpieza y equipamiento.

Cons: Es una lastima que los vecinos de arriba, sean tan ruidosos justo en las noches.

Weekend Moto GP Gran premio de Valencia

Pros: Très bel appartement situé dans un quartier calme de Valencia, à proximité de toutes commodités, Mercadonia à 20 mètres, bars traditionnels ou branchés pas très loin. Le quartier de San Carmen pas très loin en Uber, c'était parfait.

Cons: Le seul problème est la difficulté pour trouver une place de parking gratuite pour garer sa voiture. Ce que je peux comprendre pour une ville comme Valencia. Cependant un parking payant à 5min à pieds ouvert 24/24h pour 24€/jours et disponible.

Pros: Todo , desde la limpieza hasta la ubicación El detalle de poder beber café o infusión nada más despertar 😃 La zona es bastante tranquila y un Mercadona justo al lado Sin duda intentaré volver y reservar el mismo sitio
