Nice and spacious apartment a bit outside of the center, soundproofing could be better

Pros: The location is a little bit out of the centre but had good public traffic with bus and metro connections nearby. Supermarket was just on the other side of the street. The apartment was spacious and had almost everything needed (electric water kettle would be a nice addition).

Cons: Soundproofing is poor (as in other apartments in Spain), noises came in the morning from the neighbours and outside from the street. The beds were a bit hard, maybe a softer underpad could be used.

Pros: Todo .el apartamento muy bonito,limpio y para que decir de AMPARO.muy amable.y además aparcamiento gratis ..y un Mercadona frente al departamento...y a dos cuadras.metro.y a una autobuses.. que mejos estadia .. volveremos...

Cons: Que fuimos por poco tiempo.

Pros: Struttura spaziosa con 3 stanze e un bagno, pulita. Situata in una zona tranquilla a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Possibilità di utilizzare le bici in quanto ben collegata con la pista ciclabile. Molto vicino al palazzo dei congressi.

Pros: Íbamos a un congreso con compañeras de trabajo y la ubicación es excelente, a 10 minutos caminando. Tiene un mercadona justo delante. Las habitaciones correctas. La recogida de llaves perfecta y la comunicación con el dueño un 10. Muy simpáticos

Cons: El piso necesita alguna mejora, había alguna humedad en la parte baja de las paredes.
