Pros: The apartment is comfortable, cosy and efficiently furnished. It has everything you need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, good bed, and a good shower. Cleaning supplies and soap and shower products. There is no noise from neighbors. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. He responds quickly to questions and is very helpful. The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a quiet street with no car traffic. The supermarket and metro station are within walking distance. The bus and tram stops are located approximately 200 m further down the street. Tram 4 takes you quickly to the old town. You can hear the tram, but you quickly get used to it. We were not bothered by it. For people who are very light sleepers, it may be useful to bring earplugs. We definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Getting around was super easy, with direct public transport to both the city centre and the beach. The owner is a very welcoming person, always ready to help with any requests or questions we had.

Amabilidad, confort y excelente ubicación

Pros: La facilidad de acceso, la ubicación y la amabilidad del propietario. El espacio era un poco más reducido de lo que esperaba, pero muy confortable. Muy agradecido.

Cons: El acceso directo a la calle causaba un poco sensación de vulnerabilidad en alguno de los compañeros.

Muy cómodo

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado, con una ubicación cómoda y un ambiente tranquilo. El anfitrión fue muy amable, la comunicación fue fácil y el proceso de entrada y salida fue muy fluido.
