Lovely well equipped, and welcoming apartment in excellent location
Pros: Excellent communication from hosts. Quick response to any questions asked. Apartment in excellent location with only short walks to the old town centre and metro stops. The apartment was clean, well equipped, warm and cosy and a delight to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Great cozy place!
Pros: Everything was very clean, modern and well located.
Cons: The TV didn't work, or at least it couldn't get any channels nor was a smart TV, so completely useless. Also upon entering, there was a slight tobacco smell. But it faded very quickly.

Perfect stay!
Pros: This is my second time staying here. The best accommodation in Valencia. Apartment was very clean, with well equipment kitchen. Great location, near to many attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff on the reception was friendly and very helpful. Good communication and easy collect the property keys. Thank you so much, PalomarGroup ,for the comfortable stay. We had an amazing trip and we are definitely going to come back !!!

Pros: The apartment was different to standard apartments with the mezzanine bedroom which was lovely. I would be delighted to stay there again - it was so central - fabulous. Also Palomar were great to deal with .
Cons: I would have liked beach towels - they usually are provided when you’re close to a beac.

Quick trip to Valencia, great apartment and location.
Pros: The location is perfect, just a short walk from The Central Market, cafes and restaurants at every street corner, it felt authentic! Taxis are readily available, and most importantly, the cost of eating out and getting around is much cheaper than expected in a huge city! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay, check in was super easy, even late at night! Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels etc were provided. Perfect for a city break.
Cons: That we didn't stay longer! If I was to be critical of the apartment, I would say the shower needs refurbished, a little bit of mould around the shower could easily be removed, but the shower itself lacked pressure! The street can be noisy, but remember you are in a city!

Pros: Excellent location on a quiet street with quick walking access to the Turia Park, main plazas, and Central Market. Having 1 and 1/2 baths was amazing. We really liked the bedroom being a loft. Ample space. Comfortable bed. It has a washer/dryer combo unit, don't put too many clothes in or drying will take forever. Choosing algodón and rápido wash will be the quickest with a fast spin cycle to get the water out of the clothes. The staff is very responsive, fixed a fridge problem first thing in the morning.
Cons: Every place has a minus. The sink is in an awkward place due to space requirements and the washer. The size is good though. The kitchen could use a little more counter space but we made it work.
