Pros: The apartment was nice, big, clean and we had everything we needed. The bed and the pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The location is great and there is bus and metro station few minutes away

Cons: I didn’t liked that we’ve been charged 35€ for late check in which was only mentioned after the booking was made and we arrived only 30 minutes past 9pm. The deposit of 200€ was paid back after our check out and in general everything else was good

Really nice apartment, will go back again.

Pros: The staff was very nice, the location was very good, walking distance from the center. The apartment was very nice and clean. The parking was also very good to have as it’s not possible to park on the street. We really liked the apartment.

Cons: It’s good to have a lot of beds but the rooms are quite small and we can’t move much in them. Otherwise the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water when taking a shower was going from hot to cold and that was not pleasant specially during the winter.

Valencia on top

Pros: The apartment is near to Turia park, the Old town (10min walk), to main bus nr95 which is going to the beach, Museum of Science, Arts, Oceanarium. Patricia and Omar informed us on everything which we asked. We arrived much earlier than the check-in and we could leave safely all of our baggages at the reception. Without requesting we received a parasol for of our stay. The apartment is amazing on the 6th floor. There is an elevator. Beds are excellent and bed rooms well separated. The floor plan of the apartment was excellent. Air conditioning in each rooms except the kitchen.

Cons: Sometimes during the night you can hear the elevator.
