Solid choice for short stays
Pros: Location is great, in the middle between the beach and city centrum, very close to Lidl and bus station, it’s clean and well equipped
Cons: Last 4th floor, without elevator, small toilet, not so good sound isolation

Pros: Very nice studio apartment with a terrace. Big fridge, washing machine, gas stove. Powerful shower in a bathroom. Great location! (Not far away from Ayora and Marine metro stations), Lidl is just across the street. Very lovely host 😊🌷

Pros: Nice apartment, very quiet and easy to get to from the airport. Lots of details - there is oil or spices for cooking breakfast, washing liquid for the machine. The owner took care and left us coffee capsules and cookies. Thank you, Tatiana, we felt like at home.
Cons: Everything was ok, but if I have to say something, the building itself is old and the apartment has no elevator, but that was not a problem for us.

Odličan izbor za boravak u Valensiii
Pros: Apartman je bio u potpunosti opremljen, sadržao je čak i mnoge neocekivane stvari kao sto su igla i konac, karte za igre, ali i prva pomoc za plažu - prostirka, reketi, suncobran. Komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila fantastična i od ogromne pomoći.
Cons: Jedino šta se smeštaju može zameriti jeste poslednji sprat bez lifta ali nama to nije smetalo jer smo par bez dece i spremili smo se za pešačenje.

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato e pulito, abbiamo trovato ogni comfort possibile, shampoo, balsamo, dentifricio, kit cucito, racchettoni e palla per la spiaggia, telo mare, cioccolatini di benvenuto e proprietaria molto gentile! Aria condizionata e terrazzino, a meno di 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro! Ottima qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo!!!!
Cons: Piccoli difetti il bagno un po’ piccolo e non c’è l’ascensore nelle scale

Appartamentino molto accogliente e ben collegato
Pros: Piccolo grazioso appartamento vicino alla Metro Ayora e ad Av. del Port che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente il mare e il centro città. L’host ha lasciato anche un pacco di biscotti e del caffè. L’appartamento dispone anche di una terrazzina con un tavolo.
Cons: Quarto piano senza ascensore.

La paella pa cuando
Pros: Some friends and I booked this perfect enchantment of an air bnb for a weekend getaway. It was just what we needed for our short stay. Everything was clean. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, Neighborhood was quiet and we were but 10 minutes from city center.
Cons: We didn't like that we had to leave so soon😏

Studio confortevole e comodo da trovare
Pros: alloggetto confortevole e facile da trovare. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile che però non abbiamo mai incontrato. Oramai - come anche altrove - viene tutto gestito con codici e piccole cci ha fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto e le cialdine del caffè e bustine di the che abbiamo molto apprezzato! L'alloggio è sulla linea della metro, quindi molto comodo, anche se non centralissimo (per raggiungere il centro ci vuole comunque la metro o un mezzo pubblico). Vicino invece al mare. La sera, forse perchè il servizio metro è stato ripristinato da poco per via della recente alluvione che ha purtroppo devastato la periferia sud di Valencia e la zona aeroporto, la metro interrompe il servizio abbastanza presto (verso le 22.30) e si è costretti a prendendere un bus notturno che passa di rado ed è sempre strapieno per rientrare all'appartamento.
