Pros: The apartment is well located on a quiet street, walking distance to the beaches and the science park. The old town is a short taxi ride away. The apartment was super clean and everything was new and worked well. The code for the front was convenient, so you don't need keys when you go out. Maria was really helpful and communication was easy straightforward.. Id book again if I came back to Valencia.
Cons: This is only a small issue. Although there are two bedrooms you have to access the second bedroom through the first bedroom. You could call it a studio apartment with a second bedroom at the rear.

Pros: We stayed in a newly listed apartment that was modern, stylish, very clean, and provided excellent comfort for our family with three children for more than a week. We were fully satisfied with everything. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with local pastries, coffee and drinks in the fridge. The location is perfect – the beach, the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Oceanogràfic, and Hemisfèric are all within about a 15-minute walk. Public transport, Lidl, McDonald’s and others are just around the corner (about 50 m). Our host, Maria-Angeles, was very kind, and despite the language barrier, communication was smooth and easy. She was always willing to help. A wonderful place to stay in Valencia – highly recommended!

Pros: Zag er modern en sfeervol uit. Alles was schoon. Mooie locatie.
Cons: Dekbedden vond ik niet erg prettig. Niet echt goede kwaliteit heb ik het idee.

DESCUBRÍ MI SEGUNDO HOGAR EN VALENCIA
Pros: Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue simplemente perfecta. De las pocas veces en que todo encaja: techos altísimos que dan una gran sensación de amplitud, espacios bien delimitados y decorados con mucho gusto, limpieza impecable y amenities completos que hacen la vida muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de Valencia y los detalles acogedores del piso transmiten calidez y confort desde el primer momento. Y lo mejor, la anfitriona María Ángeles: siempre servicial, atenta y predispuesta a ayudar en todo, lo que nos hizo sentir cuidados y en confianza. Estamos muy agradecidos y deseamos de corazón que este apartamento se convierta en nuestro ‘home base’ cada vez que visitemos Valencia.

Pros: Estaba muy limpio y moderno y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. La ubicación muy céntrica, a 10-15 minutos andando del centro, la playa, la ciudad de las artes....

Pros: Struttura moderna e tenuta benissimo. All’interno c’era tutto il necessario e anche di più, per non parlare della posizione ottimale a 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 15 dalla città della scienza. Vicino all appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi necessari: in lidl per fare la spesa, un Mc Donald, palestre e negozi vari. La struttura è arredata e tenuta benissimo con al suo interno 3 televisioni, 2 condizionatori, 2 bagni e due letti molto spaziosi e comodi. Uno dei migliori appartamenti che abbia mai prenotato su Booking
