We were a group of four who wanted a base for the Valencia Marathon. We got what we wanted.

Pros: Location - We could easily get to where we wanted to go. Proximity to metro walking distance. Grocery shops close by.

Cons: Shower took a while to heat up, so required long breaks between bathroom usage.

Excellent. We will definitely book again.

Pros: Had everything we needed, well laid out, comfy and close to transport links. Very easy to get there from the airport. Walking distance to the beach etc. Very quiet in the apartment and the lift was very handy.

Cons: Difficult to get shower to right temperature, worried about children getting scolded as water very hot, easy to knock the mixer tap over to the hot.

Pros: Veel airco's, goed het centrum te bereiken met een bus.

Cons: We moesten de sleutel op een andere plek niet dichtbij ophalen, dit kwam omdat we een late check-in hadden. En de eigenaar had gezegd dat we bij deur 4 moesten zijn op de derde verdieping terwijl we bij deur 10 moesten zijn. Gelukkig nam ze nog wel op om half 2 's nachts om dit misverstand te verhelpen.

Cons: Travaux qui n'ont pas permis d'utiliser l'ascenseur (appartement au 3ème étage) Couettes pour les lits qui n'avaient pas de housse

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones con cama doble cada una, sala, cocina, comedor y un baño. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Con respecto a la ubicación: a 10 minutos caminando de la Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias y a pocos minutos caminando de transporte público para ir al centro de la ciudad que sí es un poco más lejos.
