All in all, a great stay!

Pros: Location was great and the accommodation was super comfortable. Alessia was most helpful with everything and there was a friendly face to meet me on my arrival, which was a nice touch. The apartment had every modern convenience and was close to all the major attractions of the area.

Pros: When we arrived there were water and beer in the fridge and we got some muffins as well. Very kind!

Cons: It was a bit difficult to open the door. They sent a message that we should send our ID’s. But they didn’t say that we should do it on WhatsApp and not everyone has this application especially in central/eastern europe we use messenger.

Pros: Lovely little place in a quiet area close to the beach. Friendly communication

Cons: All good. The bedroom window opened onto an enclosed inner area, but that was the only down side. It wasn't a problem

Pros: It is a very convenient place that is very close to any shops and restaurants and Minutes of ten walk to the beach. And very close to rental bikes.

Gut gelegene Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub

Pros: Die Erreichbarkeit von Strand, Restaurans, Supermarkt und Fahrradstation ist gut. Am Wochenende ist die Wohnung an der Straße eher ruhig.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist schlecht zu belüften. Schlafraum und Bad haben kein Fenster nach aussen. In der Arbeitswoche ist viel Autoverkehr in der Straße, also eher laut ab frühen Morgen.

Pros: Muy bien ubicado , nueva zona en Valencia donde encontrarás sitios diferentes , para repetir.

Cons: Por poner una ligera pega , pero es algo inevitable, en esa zona hay olor de tuberías . Pero en el alojamiento hay ambientadores y todo muy muy limpio .

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist in einer Wohngegend und sehr ruhig. In 10 Gehminuten ist der weite, lange Sandstrand. Supermarkt, Busse , Straßenbahn und Metro im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten. Die Besitzerin ist hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar, meldet sich vor Anreise. Ich bekam bei der Anreise ganz rasch Hilfe, als ich Probleme mit der Schlüssel Box hatte. Die Klimaanlage ersetzt fehlende Möglichkeiten zum Lüften und kann sehr leise betrieben werden. Es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster zur Straße hin, das macht die tolle Wohnung etwas dunkel auch am Tag.

Buona soluzione vicino al mare

Pros: Appartamento altezza strada in zona tranquilla con locali a poca distanza. Tutto il necessario per cucinare e vivere. Padrona di casa molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatto trovare in frigo una bottiglia di acqua e una di birra graditissime!

Cons: L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la camera da letto, forse sarebbe meglio specificare che non c'è un ricambio di aria, non c'è una finestra che da' all'esterno solo il condizionatore aiuta il ricircolo. Poi ho trovato letto e cuscini troppo duri.

Appartamento piccolo, ma accogliente e pulito

Pros: L'appartamento era estremamente pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che poteva tornare utile durante un soggiorno (asciugamani, asciugacapelli, saponi, stoviglie, spezie e condimenti...). L'host è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è anche buona, vicina a mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere il centro con facilità, e vicino al mare (5/10 minuti a piedi). Nel quartiere ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti.

Cons: Purtroppo l'appartamento è davvero piccolo e dotato solo di una finestra che dà sulla strada e una che da su una sorta di sgabuzzino. Questo però non ha compromesso in particolar modo il nostro soggiorno

Comfortable, Clean, Great Location

Pros: Very clean and very homey. It’s just few minutes walk to the beach and lesser walk towards transport hub if you want to go to central. The laundry machine saved us from bringing back dirty clothes. The house is very comfortable. Alessia and Innah are very warm, kind and accommodating. Recommendable!
