Good choice for young people
Pros: Spacious apartment with a large terrace, very good location.
Cons: The check-in can be done only through a special app, which is either very user-unfriendly or the host doesn’t know how to use it properly. I scanned all the documents, and the system didn’t send any error messages, but my access wasn’t activated, and this was only discovered at the apartment door because it wouldn’t open. I called the operator, who said the expiration dates on the IDs are not legible... Why wasn’t this communicated to me earlier via email, SMS, or a phone call??? Even after activation, the app didn’t open the street gate. It would be much smoother to get in if they just placed a key safe on the wall. Older guests should probably avoid this accommodation.

Pros: Perfect location in the heart of the city. Easy access to the public transport, shops, restauranta all around. Spacious, nice apartment, equipped with all necessary for a pleasant stay. Kind, helpful staff.

Great location!
Pros: The apartment is located in the central and near the old city. It has everything you need walking distance. The balcony is large and that is nice. The furniture is a bit used the coach and the chairs outside. But everything you need is there and the host is very nice and helpful! We had a great time in Valencia and this place was a great place for us to stay!

Pros: Lovely balcony and a well set out apartment in a great, central location
Cons: Not easy to find - never would have found it without a good taxi driver pointing out the door. App based lock was a bit hit and miss, taking up to 5 attempts to unlock room each time. Also no WiFi at the door, but it needed to be online to work, so had to switch on costly data roaming just to get in.

Bien situado pero más antiguo de lo esperado y pequeño
Pros: Estaba bien situado y está bien pero la verdad que deja que desear.
Cons: Que era más antiguo que en las fotos y sobretodo más pequeñ,, no tenía vasos para vino. La cama de la segunda habitación era súper incomoda. El check in tienes que poner la hora exacta que sino no entras. Había una luz parpadeando que era muy incomoda.

héél leuke stad voor een city trip van 4 dagen
Pros: zeer goede locatie om de oude stad te verkennen en om fietsen te huren; praktische kleine keuken; aangenaam dakterras; geen lawaaierige airco; goed bed in de master bedroom; lekker warme douche met aangename straal. Alles zéér proper!
Cons: De slaapgelegenheid is te krap voor 4 personen: de tweede slaapkamer is heel klein (te klein voor 2 personen) en het 'schuifbed' kan hierdoor amper volledig uitgetrokken worden (Zetel zit in de weg en kamerdeur kan niet meer open. Dus als je 's nachts naar het toilet wil, moet je eerst het bed terug wat inschuiven om naar buiten te kunnen). Advies om de zetel en het nachtkastje uit de slaapkamer te verwijderen en het bed te vervangen door een (klein formaat) dubbelbed. Of het appartement verhuren voor max. 3 personen. In de badkamer kan je nergens spullen zetten, in de douche ook niet (enkel op de grond). Enkel toilet in de badkamer. Geen Wifi aanwezig.

Pros: Goeie locatie, aan de rand van het oude centrum en dichtbij een metrostation. Appartement heeft een ruim balkon en een goed werkende airco (die ook noodzakelijk is bij zomerse temperaturen).
Cons: De instructie in de app die je de eerste keer moet gebruiken om de toegangsdeur op de begane grond te openen gaf bij de eerste 10 pogingen niet de juiste instructie. Toen geprobeerd te bellen met de host, maar er werd niet opgenomen. App gestuurd waar de volgende dag pas op werd gereageerd. Gelukkig kwamen we binnen toen uiteindelijk wel een keer de instructie wel volledig correct was. Ook kwam een keer de onderhoudsman (alleen Spaanstalig) zonder te kloppen of aan te bellen met zijn eigen sleutel onverwachts het appartement binnen. Hij moest het elektronische slot opladen maar dat je dan moet kloppen of aanbellen of voor de tijd contact opnemen daar werd kennelijk niet aan gedacht. Als je in de zomer bij 25+ graden in dit appartement verblijft kun je alleen 's ochtends vroeg of 's avonds laat gebruik maken van het balkon. Gedurende de dag schijnt de zon er genadeloos op en is het veel te warm. In het voor en najaar zal het perfect zijn.
