Pros: Location great comfy beds and lots of storage great for big party of people

Cons: No iron or bath as stated in description.Also no kettle fir tea took forever to fill 6 cups from coffee machine Some plugs hanging off wall and had a few cockroaches so needed some maintenance also couldn't get tv working,coukd have done with a nanuel of instructions g For tv recommended places in area and useful.numbrrs I.e taxi .

Pros: All perfect for my 10 person birthday group. I hope to come soon with aother friends! The apartment is large, very welcoming and there is everything you need. In 5 minutes walking you can reach the center of Valencia and under the windows there is a very nice little bar for breakfast.

Pros: Location was perfect. The property was very comfort, clean, quiet and suitable for 10 people.

Cons: Could have been a bit more loo roll- only 4 rolls for 10 people! One bathroom shower needed to be held above your head as wasnt attached to wall but great if youre not washing hair!

Pros: Close to center, confy beds and pillows and very clean everything. Highly recommended!

Cons: The windows are a little bit old and the closing of the windows wasn’t perfect

Pros: The location is awesome. Just between the old center and the more 'yes, here do the locals live' area. The apartment is spacious and has everything to enjoy the stay in Valencia. Dishwasher, Washing machine, Towel (super-kingsize format) en private room for everyone. The host is very attentive. This apartment lies in the Valenciana variant of the Eixample. Which means that around every corner there is a surprise!

Cons: Well, be aware that life in Spain after sunset ... is enjoyed to the max. Housing is build in Spain in such a way that it easily caries the sounds of neighbors and street sounds. And although there is a law that prohibits excessive (+35 db I guess) volume between 2300 and 0800 depending on where you are, when fun takes over, not may people seem to remember ;-) But that is an exceptionally good reason to join in!

Comodidad y situación excelente

Pros: Las camas comodisimas, esta supercéntrico, varios parking alrededor con ofertas de fin de semana. Es zona azul pero con bastante rotación

Cons: Quizá le vendría bien algún plato más

Pros: El techo de una de las habitaciones es precioso, el acristalado con las mesas súper acogedor (como toda la casa en sí).

Pis vellet, gran i cèntric

Pros: La situació estaba súper bé, aprop de tot allò que volíem visitar, el pis és bastant gran, ideal per famílies i grup d'amics.

Cons: El pis és vellet i deu haver passat força gent per això està una mica deteriorat, sobretot la cuina.
