Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is excellent – right in the city center, with restaurants, shops, metro and bus stops all around. From here we could easily reach Bioparc, Malvarrosa beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, and all the main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

Cons: One small detail I noticed is that the bathroom, outside the shower area, has no floor drain, which made it a bit tricky when I tried to clean it during our 7-day stay. It’s not a major issue, and I understand it’s not something easy to fix, but still worth mentioning.

Pros: The apartment has a fantastic location. We really appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. The host was extremely helpful—thank you again for that! The apartment is modern and very spacious, which we really liked.

Cons: The soundproofing of the windows could be improved, as noise from outside was quite noticeable both in the evening and morning. The air conditioning wasn’t well distributed—one room had strong airflow while the other barely received any. The apartment is quite dark and doesn’t get much natural light.

Pros: Once we actually accessed the building, the rooms were great, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower strong. Communication with the reception via mobile was good, helpful and courteous.

Cons: The process of having to download a lockapp and then be sent a key code to access the building was a bit confusing. We were able to leave our luggage before check in in a free locker but it wasn't in the same building albeit only 5 mins away. Another key code was required to access that. A few more milks would have been great.

Pros: Great location - really close to old town and station del nord. Flat was really comfortable and big :)

Perfect position

Pros: So easy to access and in a great position in town, looked exactly as per the photos, very clean. It was lovely to have the coffee and 'treat' box as we were only staying overnight so saved us shopping. All contact with the company was very easy and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended for a city break

Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location near plenty of eating places. Very clean and a well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The lift took ages to come, not a great problem but we thought it wasn't working when we first arrived!

Strongly recommend

Pros: Good price compare to everything, great location, host friendly,comfort.

Cons: Don’t have a locker at the property but it very helpful that there is another place 2 min walk away from this one has it. But it is not convenient because we have to get the deposit luggage before 16:00.
