Great for groups.

Pros: The apartment is really large and spacious. Ideal for a group of 8-9 friends. One of the best locations in Valencia. Everything is within a 5-minute reach. The check-in was quick and accurate. We were able to check in two hours earlier than the scheduled time without any problem. Thank you, Jose. I recommend.

Cons: If the noise from the street bothers you, it can be an issue. It didn't bother us at all. The apartment might need a bit of renovation and more attention to cleanliness and furnishings. With a little investment and attention to detail, it could become a truly top-notch accommodation.

Fabulous base and vista, bright and roomy

Pros: Location was great, and the lounge space (main picture) was great. Side balconies nice. Beds were good. Height of apartment gave an awesome outlook up n down the city and good base from which to explore the town. Loved the windows!

Cons: Showers were rubbish, very little pressure yielding a warm dribble after 5 minutes. Needs decorating, some notable damp patches and rather tied looking. Sinks are more likely old and worn than dirty but unpleasing to the eye. If you're clumsy or careless it distinctly possie to fall out of an open window, caution advised.

Pros: José súper amable, se nos retrasó el tren y nos esperó sin problema. La ubicación excelente detrás del ayuntamiento, ideal.

Cons: Había una persiana del salón que no bajaba y al tener sofá cama entraba luz muy temprano

L ideale per visitare la città

Pros: Casa storica e grande in una posizione super strategica da cui si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti di interesse di Valencia. Idéale per un gruppo di amici per la sala molto accogliente.

Cons: L’arredo delle camere è molto basico , basterebbe poco a renderle più accoglienti. Pulizia di bagni e cucina migliorabile

Pros: Posizione e struttura meravigliosa, ideale per il nostro gruppo

Pros: Fue excelente la estadía, recalido el lugar, superacogedor.... Muyyyy cómodo, no le falta nada ,hasta detalles para el uso diario ...

Pros: La luminosité de la pièce principale, l’emplacement excellent, et l’espace dans l’appartement

Cons: Les verrous manquants dans la salle de bain, la vaisselle pas très propre, manque housse de couette pour les couettes supplémentaires
