I'd recommend this apartment & location.
Pros: Apartment was lovely, fantastic location, great size for a large group of friends.
Cons: Bathrooms were dirty, hair on the floor and in the showers. No quilt covers on the quilts...we had to buy some

It was beautiful and the best place to celebrate all of us turning 30 together!
Pros: The apartment was beautiful and huge. 7 of us fit and we were more than comfortable. It was clean, gorgeously decorated, and felt like a luxury vacation. It was in a great location and the host was very kind and helpful. The deposit was also returned very quickly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
Cons: The shower in the large bedroom didnt work properly. The handheld part worked, but the top rainfall didnt. So you could hold the shower head the whole time or shower elsewhere. Not a big deal though.

Excellent location, comfortable nicely furnished apartment. Would stay again.
Pros: Location fantastic, close to everything in the old town. large, bright modern well furnished apartment, beds v comfortable. Easy to access from airport and within a very short walk from the train station. On 4th floor with good elevator.
Cons: Loved the location and ease of access to everything but a few small issues which are easily addressed. This apartment is expensive relative to other options of similar size and location. I feel that it would be helpful to provide some basic toiletries. Not even soap available. Also tea towel, washing up liquid etc. I think for accommodation of this standard that guests would also appreciate tea, coffee, sugar and a few other basics to enhance a stay. One of the showers was not working and needs repair but manageable as the other shower was excellent.

Increíble, sin palabras
Pros: Increíble absolutamente todo, perfecto para grupos de 8 personas, amplio, céntrico, con un parking a menos de 1 minuto del apartamento. Sin duda el mejor apartamento que he estado recomendado 200%
Cons: La ducha del baño pequeño salía poca agua, pero los otros dos que hay salía a la perfección. Por poner una pega.

Pros: Ruim opgezet, netjes en een super goede locatie in het centrum van Valencia in de wijk Russafa. Echt top.
Cons: Alles was top. Ik begrijp ook daarom niet alle negatieve recensies. Blij dat we ons daardoor niet hebben laten afschrikken. Alles was er wat je nodig hebt.

Ottima scelta per visitare Valencia
Pros: Appartamento bello e spazioso in pieno centro, molto pratico per visitare Valencia con la famiglia, tutto il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. C’è anche un parcheggio nell’immediata prossimità nel caso si arrivi in auto. Il gestore è molto cordiale e ben organizzato.
Cons: Potrebbero lasciare due bottiglie d’acqua e qualche capsula per il caffè, oltre ad una breve lista di ristoranti, affitta bici, ecc. Ma se si chiede danno volentieri consigli. Essendo in una via molto battuta è abbastanza rumoroso.

Pros: L'emplacement et la taille de l'appartement
Cons: Le parquet en bois d'une chambre est décollé du sol sur une grande surface. Cela est caché par des tapis, nous l'avons découvert sans en avoir été informé. Des boiseries sont moitiés dans une salle de bains. Plusieurs lampes ne s'eclairaient pas dans plusieurs pièces. Les appliques en verre du salon étaient cassées.
