Clean, bright, spacious contemporary apartment, right in the heart of the city.
Pros: Clean, bright, spacious apartment with contemporary design and furnishing, right in the heart of the city. Ideal for 4 people although one bedroom has twin beds, so if like us, you're visiting as two couples you'll need to argue over who gets which bedroom. There are two bathrooms, but neither are en-suite; take a dressing gown. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need. We didn't try cooking, but it seems to have all the utensils you'd need, plus some essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc. There's a Nespresso-compatible coffeemaker, kettle, oven/microwave. There's a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, but we couldn't find any laundry detergent, so we supplied our own.
Cons: The audio/visual system looked complicated, so we didn't use it. On the negative side, one of the large patio doors was cracked and there are warnings about opening the doors and windows, so we were a bit nervous about opening up the living area. Hopefully, the owners will get this resolved soon. The arrangements for the security deposit were a bit strange. We had to transfer money via Paypal. And it took two weeks to get it returned after chasing. Usually security deposits are done on a credit card hold without actually taking any money. Additionally, we lost out on the currency exchange when the money came back. Only a couple of quid, but its the principle.

Great Family apartment at a superb location!
Pros: This Family apartment is perfectly located. Only a 3 min walk from the main train station and large central city square, it is ideal for a family of 4. The Apartment is very spacious, very clean and has everything you need when staying there for a short or long stay. It has been fully refurbished and is very modern and has two large bed rooms and two bath rooms. We can highly recommend it for a family stay!

Fabulous apartment. Location was perfect. Memorable
Pros: Location could not be better. Fabulous apartment, quite and secure. Everything you could think of was there. Impossible to fault.
Cons: I could not find any fault with anything.

The most perfect apartment in an ideal location.
Pros: The most beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment in a very central location. The view was spectacular. The host was so helpful prior to, on arrival and during our stay.
Cons: Nothing - we cant wait to come back

Fabulous long weekend city break
Pros: Communication throughout was excellent, location superb and it's a stunning and large apartment with an amazing view and pretty much every mod-con you could ask for. An ideal spot to explore Valencia from.

Excellent apartment in excellent location.
Pros: Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Stunning view over the top of the town hall buildings. Easy access to train station.
Cons: Nothing it was perfect , although I’m not a fan of the cctv at the entrance I can understand why it’s there.

Amazing apartment
Pros: Amazing views from the balcony 6 floors up. Location was so central, within easy walking distance of all the sights. The apartment was even bigger than expected, walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom and a separate utility room. So well kitted out - the kitchen had top of the range appliances and everything you needed including a full coffee machine as well as a Nespresso, lots of cutlery, glasses etc. American style fridge freezer with an ice maker. Huge TV and sound system in the living area and a TV in each bedroom. Good showers and loved the illuminated mirrors in the bathrooms!
Cons: Not much - Sofa and chairs in the living room were not very comfortable.
