Comfortable apartment in great central location. Good communication from staff.

Pros: Great location and very quiet. Spacious rooms with large beds. Communication and instructions for check in/gaining entry were excellent.

Cons: It was dark during the day but in summer this would be an advantage to keep it cool. Shower head needs replacing. No instructions to operate the safe.

Short Family break in Valencia

Pros: Great location, apartment was very nice, had everything we needed. Apt 7a had 2 bedrooms and a comfy couch bed. Very easy to check in and out. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Nothing. We visited in Feb and everything was good.

Pros: Clean, good location, warm enough made by the 2 convectors available and AC.

Cons: The is a terrace downstairs and even if it was February, the people were outside till 2 am and it was very very noisy and couldn’t sleep at all till they close it.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful, well equipped apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 6. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, very helpful especially leaving the baby equipment. We will definitely book again if we return to Valencia.

A perfect location right in the heart of magical Valencia.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect! The accommodation is right in the heart of Valencia, which is a beautiful, charming, magical city rich in history and culture. Almost all major attractions are within walking distance, and public transportation works excellently. There are also many bike rental options nearby, which I would definitely recommend. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast, they were always available and happy to help. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. Even though the apartment is located in the city center, there was no street noise.

Cons: The only small downside was that at the time of booking, it wasn’t completely clear which exact apartment we would be staying in, and I was a bit disappointed that the windows didn’t face the street but rather an inner courtyard of the building. And as you can know,, you can never fully control the neighbors: despite house rules, we had some quite noisy neighbors above us. That said, it wasn’t anything too serious. We visited during the off-season, and unfortunately a cold wave affected much of Europe at the time. Although electric heaters were provided in the rooms and bathroom, they were not very effective in keeping us warm.

Relaxing, the apartment met all our needs.
