Amazing location
Pros: We loved the location of the apartment — just a 3-minute walk from Plaza del Ayuntamiento and close to everything: shopping centres, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. It is also less than 10 minutes walking from the main tourist attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and the apartment is beautiful.
Cons: I liked almost everything; however, we did experience an issue with the temperature of the water for showers. The boiler, with a 50-litre capacity, only allowed for about five minutes of hot water. On a summer day this would be fine, as we would not mind finishing the shower with cold water. However, at the end of December, during winter, it was frustrating to have to choose between washing our body or our hair in order to avoid a cold shower. We informed the host, who responded promptly and sent someone to increase the water temperature, which was very kind. Unfortunately, this did not fully resolve the issue. After a long day of sightseeing, all we wanted was to take a hot shower and go to sleep, but instead we had to wait around 1 hour to get another five minutes of hot water. Overall, the place is excellent, but I would suggest considering an improvement to the hot water system, especially for winter stays, for the comfort of future guests.

Pros: Perfect communication with the host, exellent location, cozy and comfortable accommodation are something that made our stay even more beautiful in a certainly magical city!

Pros: The apartment was a perfect base for our two day discovery of Valencia. Right in the old town and walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well described on the booking site and by the hosts prior to the visit. Communixation and care from the hosts was excellent. The restaurant below the building, Taberna Antonio Manuel, is very authentic and their staff are super friendly. Overall, a great place fo us to stay for our three nights

Pros: Clean and tidy rooms, apartment fully equiped (kitchen, iron table, washing machine, eso), location - really closed to all main points of interest, super nice hosts - they took care of us from the moment of reservation until the check out, nothing else that I’ve could desired regarding the apartment.

One of the most amazing apartments I’ve stayed in!
Pros: The location, the interior and the overall layout of the apartment were very nice. The host was very kind during our communication, they made sure we’re settled and have everything we need. There were complimentary water bottles and coffee pods. Overall it was clean and tidy.
Cons: I think one pair of towels per person isn’t enough for more than two days and while there is a washing machine, you don’t really have where to hang your clothes to dry as there isn’t a terrace. There is a drying rack but it isn’t really nice to have wet towels hanging in a closed space. Perhaps if the washing machine is changed to a combined washer/dryer one it’d be better. Also I think it’ll be better if there is a duvet cover that is used for the blankets/duvet because is more hygienic.

Fantastic apartment in a great area. Would definitely recommend!
Pros: Very central location in the old town. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our group of five. Lovely original features throughout. Host was very friendly and contactable throughout our stay.
Cons: Would've liked a dressing table / side table in the bedrooms for a little bit more storage.

Pros: Amazing location! The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street with lots of trees, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral. The interior is stylish and unique, with beautiful original doors and floor tiles that give it a special charm. Contact with the host was very good—quick, helpful, and friendly.
