Wonderful apartment but no lift

Pros: Great location close to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Mercado Central, train station and Carrefour Express for provisions. The apartment is quite spacious with a kitchen adequately stocked.

Cons: There is no lift and it is 33 steps to the apartment. The stone steps look very old. Arrival was a bit scary with the seemingly complex key service. But all went well on following the instructions carefully.

Nice family trip in Valencia

Pros: Very well located in the center of Valencia. The flat is efficient and relatively comfortable. The location is not noisy.

Cons: The apartment is small for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) but I guess it is fine given that we’re here to visit and not for spending time in the apartment.

Pros: Номер чистий, з кухнею, з новим ремонтом. Вікна нові і добре затримують шум з вулиці, а враховуючі що це самий центр, там досить шумно. Є повністю обладнана кухня. Вайфай працює добре

Cons: Джуе вузькі і круті сходи, в нас номер був на 4му поверсі.

Pros: Buena ubicación muy lindo depto a nuevo con todo funcionando

Cons: No hubo nada que me desagradara.

Pros: La ubicación excelente. Apto cómodo e iluminado y tenía todo lo necesario Muy prolijo y limpio

Cons: La cerradura de la puerta tenia alguna dificultad y eran tres pisos por escalera empinada para subir y bajar con maletas

Great location, could have used better communication with the host, but the apartment was really nic

Pros: The location is great, very close to everything in the center of Old Town. The apartment is clean and functional.

Cons: A bit of trouble getting in. I requested early check in, was told they would let me know when it was ready, but didn't hear anything. I went to the address -- the address on the confirmation is one number different from the instructions -- but no one was there. It took several calls, many messages, and an email before I got a response and met the woman who gave me the keys. After I got in, I asked about the code for the door, and was given ALL the instructions for getting into the building and getting the key out of the lockbox. I'm not sure why they didn't provide this right away.

Pleasant and lovely

Pros: It was clean and cozy. Full of facilities. Near everything

Cons: I couldn’t use the Wi-Fi if any and the host didn’t give me any answers of my request although I contacted them through all channels

Pros: La ubicación fantástica, en el centro. El apartamento nos gustó mucho.

Cons: La cama que nos tocó por un lado si estaba hundida, y es verdad que es un cuarto sin ascensor, por lo demás bien.

Ottimo soggiorno valenciano

Pros: Posizione molto comoda. Appartamento piccolo e ben fornito a un prezzo ragionevole. Ideale per soggiorni brevi per visitare il centro storico e per due persone

Cons: Le rampe di scale sono scomode da fare con i bagagli, ma fattibili.

Pros: la ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena y comodidad en el apartamento en si está bien, pero es muy incómodo el acceso, sin ascensor, escaleras muy estrechas y no hay acceso para el coche ni aparcamientos, tienes que irte a un parking.
