Ayuntamiento Silence

We had nice time and enjoyed our holiday in Valencia.

Pros: The location is very good. It is close to the city hall and other acttration sites. The property is clean.

Cons: It is bit noise. The facilities are bit simple. It will be very useful if there is a kettle and a oven. The chopping board is very small. The washing machine didn't work. We contacted owner but didn't receive response.

Great apartment in fabulous location

Pros: A lovely apartment. Amazing location, close to so many restaurants, bars and all the tourist attractions in the old city. Everything you need for a stay. Would definitely stay again

Pros: Best location if you want to stay near the centrum. Nice stay for a family.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, very central location. The kitchen has all basic utilities. Really good price. Everything was clean. Despite the small disadvantages we would like to stay here again.

Cons: Some of the furniture is worn out. The bed is about 140 cm. The view from the window is right to the next window over the narrow road.

Good for location, too expensive for it's condition

Pros: Quite expensive for the quality of the accomodation. Locarion is perfect of you want to visit the center, everything is close by a walk. I appreciated that the bedroom is oposite of the living room, so it makes it easy to rest when there are others staying late. Bedroom quite noisy until 2am because you can hear the lift working very often...

Cons: Bad condition of the floor, appartment needs some renovation. It can be clearly seen the lack of interest of the owner in making it nice for tourists.(stained towels, scrached furniture) it would have been good to have the minimum of kitchen necessary (salt, oil, washing pod, bottle of whater). It also would have been nice that the crib for wich we payed extra fee to be asambled. Not to expect to be asambled by the quest when he arrives tired...

Very cozy and nice, a great space to stay while getting to know the city.

Pros: Very simple and perfect for what I needed. Just enough space for me and my things. It was clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay :)

Cons: I guess the only downside was that since it was located in the city center, I could hear everything going on outside late at night. But that’s not really anyone’s fault. Overall, I’m glad I was located in the center because I was close to everything I wanted to do.

Pros: Hot water in a few seconds. Central location, few minutes walk to the main square. Spacious apartment. Secure entrance. prompt response from host.

Cons: WiFi drop quite often. some pots and pans needs replacement.

Pros: We liked everything. Location is great. Apartment is good. The problem was the Wi-Fi connection. Very poor. TV always blurred too

Pros: All was as described and as in the photos. Very good location, restaurants, ghift shops, supermarket în the area,close to bus station. Easy self checkin and checkout.

Pros: best location - right in the middle of city center, the apartment is well equiped, clean and comfortable, good communication with the staff

Cons: Not really negative things, the flat needs small improvement in the bathroom, more hooks for towels.
