Beautiful LOFT in the HEART of Ruzafa

Comfortable apartment in a safe and central location.

Pros: Great, central location in a safe neighbourhood. The apartment was comfortable and had all the things we needed to get us going for a few days stay e.g. kitchen sponge, bin bags, toilet rolls. Just 5 minutes walk from a Mercadona supermarket and a great bike hire shop too.

Cons: The apartment could have been cleaner - the floor was visibly dirty when we arrived. We had to sweep and wash it straight away. The bathroom needs some maintenance- the sink doesn't drain properly and there is a ceiling tile falling down above the shower.

A very cute apartment in a wonderful neighborhood!

Pros: Super well located in the lively and fun Ruzzafa neighborhood. The apartment is quite nice and just as the pictures depict. Having a washing machine is a huge bonus when traveling light. Everything is very clean, which is always a plus. It is a street level apartment with a door that opens directly onto the street, so if you don’t like that, beware. The neighborhood feels very safe so that didn’t bother us at all.

Cons: The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but the pod-based coffee machine pictured was not available.. I asked the host about it and they brought us the pod-based machine the next day, which was so appreciated since we already had the pods we needed for it! There is no dish drying rack, so you have to dry all the dishes as you wash them or just leave them strewn on the counter to dry, a minor inconvenience. We were given the wrong wifi credentials upon arrival, but we found the router and figured out the right ones ourselves. Our least favorite part of the apartment was that there are no windows to the outside. The windows at the entrance are the only windows in the apartment and they are frosted since they are at street level, so this means you can’t see outside at all without opening the door to the apartment. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed the apartment and its location immensely and would stay there again!

Pros: L’emplacement était parfait 🤩 Le principe de boîtier pour les clés est pratique! Le logement était très bien aménagé et équipé (top les draps à disposition)

Acogedor

Pros: Si me gustó mucho lo acogedor que es , excelente ubicación .

Pros: Struttura situata in ottima posizione facilmente accessibile. Host molto disponibile.

Cons: Da rivedere il bagno in particolare la doccia, aumentando l’aerazione dell’alloggio.

Pros: Ottima posizione in zona non distante dal centro. Loft con mobili nuovi ed una cucina attrezzata. Ottimo il letto un po' meno il divano letto.

Cons: Il loft si presenta carino ma con qualche criticità, in bagno lavabo intasato, la doccia presentava della muffa sui muri.

Lo consiglio!!

Pros: La casa è molto carina e ben arredata. Zona tranquilla, vicino la metro e la stazione. In zona ci sono bar, Ristoranti, il mercato e diversi supermercati.

Grazioso monolocale in Ruzafa!

Pros: Posizionato al piano terra,molto comodo per chi come noi aveva il passeggino..la zona è centrale ma silenziosa e vicina a tutti i servizi.

Fijn verblijf!

Pros: Het was duidelijk beschreven hoe we de sleutels konden krijgen. Verder was de locatie echt top! Ook leuke inrichting van het appartement.

Cons: Het bed was een beetje klein en zat een lichte kuil in. Daarnaast zag je wel wat schimmel in de badkamer en het rook er ook een beetje naar riool (kan de eigenaar niets aan doen). Verder hadden we 1 half dode kakkerlak de eerste ochtend maar gelukkig de dagen daarna niet meer!
