Amazing value !
Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and the host answered our questions really quickly. The instructions to get access were clear and the facilities in the apartment were great. It was exactly what we needed for a week holiday and the location was great for quick access to lots of attractions. The use of the hob and fridge was good as we could save a bit of money and eat in.
Cons: As other reviews state, the noise from the street cant be avoided but it wasn't too bad as the neighbourhood is fairly quiet. The sealant around the shower needs replacing as there was a bit of water that got out onto the floor so we blocked it with towels.

Really nice stay in Valencia for new year trip to Spain!
Pros: The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, located in a good location. everything is new and clean. I recommend it.
Cons: you can hear some noise from the street but it is not bothersome

Pros: The apartment is truly exceptional. First of all, it is exactly like on the pictures: very neat and tidy. The room has everything necessary: nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, all the kitchen appliances. There are a lot of towels and pillows, and the bed is very comfy! The shower is nice too, the water pressure was great. And it's not too noisy, facing not the loudest street. We staid there for 2 weeks with our cat and enjoyed it.

The apartment was exceptional but the manager/owner very rude man
Pros: The property was really good, clean and can’t complain. Location wasn’t the quietest one in all honesty. Had to sleep with earplugs on.
Cons: The owner or manager of the property was very rude in all honesty. I didn’t like the experience of chatting with him. He initially told us checkout was 11:00/12:00 and there was this whole back & forth with him trying to make me believe that the time he mentioned there is not 11am or 12pm. Does he even know how to read the 12hr clock he wrote down?. On the other hand, he sent me false information via WhatsApp message that l was meant to checkout on a Monday when l booked and paid for the apartment till Tuesday. It was ridiculous honestly. He tried to video call me on my private mobile and l’ve no idea why he was trying to do that. I didn’t like that at all and not happy about it. From this experience l would confidently say he wasn’t professional at all and need to learn how to handle his guests professionally. I would never recommend the apartment on that basis.

Beau studio bien équipé et bien situé dans un chouette quartier
Pros: Beau logement bien décoré. Bien équipé. Situé dans un quartier animé, avec beaucoup de commerces et services.
Cons: Pas eu moyen de regarder la tv. accessible seulement avec abonnement perso à des plateformes!!! Beaucoup de passage de personnes bruyantes devant le studio.

Pros: Estancia muy positiva en este bajo de Valencia. El alojamiento es cómodo, limpio y está muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso a zonas de interés. El anfitrión nos facilitó tanto el checkin como el check out y se adaptó a nuestras necesidades. En general, una opción práctica y agradable, totalmente recomendable.

Nagyon ajánlom a szállást!
Pros: Nagyon tágas volt a szállás, rengeteg tároló hellyel. Kényelmesek az ágyak. Könnyű bejutni a szállásra. Csöndes a környék, de mégis közel a belvároshoz. Az utcában van egy zöldséges, pékség és egy nagyobb élelmiszerbolt. Jól felszerelt az apartman, a konyhában főzéshez minden megtalálható. Van természetes fény, de függönyökkel éjszakára jól besötétíthető

Pros: Nos gusto mucho todo,muy practico y además creo que tienes todo lo que necesitas para pasar muchos dias y no te topas de los otros o de sus cosas.Super bien el espacio.
Cons: Si tengo que decir algo el ventilador tenia bastante polvo pero todo limpio no tengo queja.
