Pros: The instructions for entering the property were not included on the Lodgify Guest App, it would not show the codes to enter the property as it said we hadn't paid, but I had paid Booking.com so we had to call the owner, my daughter speaks much better Spanish than me so we were able to get the instructions over the phone eventually

Cons: No Parking near the property so we had to walk quite a bit from a parking lot, but it is very difficult to park in this neighbourhood anyway

Great stay in Valencia

Pros: The property looks like in the pictures. It is specious and clean. The neighborhood is very nice. There are 2 supermarkets Mercadona, 6-8 min walking distance from the property. The train station is 15 min walk from the property and the city center 20 min walk. Exactly near the entrance there is a bakery with fresh bread and pastry and one small shop with fruits and vegetables. Although at ground floor, the apartment is well isolated and also the street is very small so there is not noisy and one can have a relaxing sleep during the night. The check in process is very simple and all necessary information were timely and clearly provided by the host. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has all needed amenities. Great value for the money!

Cons: Un peu sombre, frigo avec compartiment glace totalement givré au moins 3 à 4 cm D’épaisseur de glace sur toutes les surfaces.

Pros: Ambiente carino, con i comfort necessari. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti a piedi. Zona piena di servizi.

Cons: Ambiente riscaldato solo da split dell'aria condizionata. Migliorabile la biancheria da bagno macchiata/strappata.

Pros: The apartment is very easy to live in, simple clean and having all the necessities. The host was so helpful in anything we asked for.

Viajando en pareja

Pros: Estaba todo bien explicado. Había bares , cafeterías y supermercados cerca. Centro también estaba cerca. Todo bien.

Cons: Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas . Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina ( abridor de botella de vino ).. pero por lo demás bien 👌

Pros: Fajny apartament w odległości 20 minut od centrum. W sąsiedztwie jest piekarnia :)

Cons: Jeśli jesteś samochodem, to musisz wynająć od właściciela parking. W Walencji nie ma gdzie zaparkować auta.

Pros: Letti molto comodi, bel bagno, comodissima la modalità di self chech-in.

Cons: L' appartamento è al piano terra con l'unica finestra che è adiacente al marciapiede e strada che bisogna tenere inevitabilmente sempre oscurata.

Pros: El apartamento está muy equipado y la ubicación es muy buena, rodeado de supermercados, en buena zona y también rodeado de bares. El centro está a unos 20 minutos andando también. La comunicación buena y la entrada fácil.
