Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment, superb location, great bedding

Cons: The apartment smells smoky (from cigarettes smoke). Shower heads are small with little water pressure

Luxury apartment with a great location

Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were great with easy checkin and quick to reply to messages. Eduardo was brilliant and helpful. The location was perfect as everything was walking distance and plenty of shops and eating places nearby. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The property needed more towels and mirrors

Pros: Great location, excellent place for large families or groups to stay, host couldn't have been more helpful. We're already looking forward to returning!

Great location and size. Needs a bit of an update

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the centre of Valencia on foot. It a block away from HUNDRED burger, which has a deserved international award for its 'Singular' burger. It is also very easy to use public transport to get around the city due to the central location - this includes getting to and from the airport and the beaches. The rooms are varied in size, the larger rooms are excellent with plenty of stage space.

Cons: There is only one 'okay' shower in the property. There are two toilets and sinks but for large groups use of the shower will require planning e.g. half the group showering at opposite ends of the day. We didn't spend much time in the property and ate out so the kitchen needing an update etc. wasn't a concern. Some of the bedrooms lack air conditioning or a fan.

Perfect apartment for groups in the center of Valencia

Pros: Position perfect and availability and kindness of the staff.

Very good stay in a nice flat very well located, but the it should have cost a few hundred Euros less.

Pros: The location was perfect, the flat was clean, the towels were changed in the middle of the stay, the beds were comfortable and the lighting was good.

Cons: AC wasn't working in one room, the fuses blew twice, a safe wasn't working, there should have been a third key since the flat is for 9 people, soap/shampoo was absent/defective in some bathrooms, the flow from the taps was slow and most of all the photos in the description did not match the actual flat (such as the lack of a terrace).

Great location for everything you need, with added benefit of being nice and quiet
