Pros: I generally give 10 in a review rating if the accommodation actually has the facilities described in the room. Hence it is really important to look at what each accommodation is offering and decide for yourself if this is what you are after. Not the fact that I have rated the accommodation 10. I am not looking for 5 star luxury either. When I travel for holidays I am looking for really basic amenities. I was able to store my luggage before the official check in time which should be prearranged as the property is unattended unless staff cleaning rooms as part of the guest change over. Be aware the windows face the street on the ground floor and consequently it is not the quietest location at night from people on the street passing by. There are two train stations within walking distance as well as the metro/tram which was very convenient.

Pros: Excellent, it is Exactly what you expect from the photos, clean and tidy, nice and quiet. Really close to the train station and the art district, plus easy access to the whole of Valencia. I would stay here again for sure.

Cons: Cannot fault it, excellent value for money.

Modern, clean and good location :)

Pros: Modern decor, clean and comfortable, has basic things that you need. Nice staff. Close to the train station is a plus! :)

Cons: On the ground floor so it is not nice to keep windows open, otherwise all good.

Cons: The only thing was the awful smell in the bathroom. There is no window and we couldn’t get rid of it.

Ideal location for a short stay.

Pros: Ideal for a short stay in Valencia. Just a few minutes walk from subway, Estacion de Nord and Joaquin Sorolla stations - made the early train a lot easier to handle! Also just a few minutes from the cafes and bars of Rusafa and a few minutes more to the old town. Bed was comfy, shower was good and fridge kept our drinks cold.

Cons: Could have done with an extra pillow or two.

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to both the centre and the airport. The hosts were also very helpful and kind.

Cons: I wish that housekeeping was everyday rather than every 2 days as we had to keep asking for towels.

Easy access to all trains.

Pros: My wife struggles with stairs, noticing this, without asking, the young lass on-site came to our room to show us an emergency exit she could use to avoid the stairs. Very much appreciated. A compact layout, but very functional with all that is required for a comfortable, centrally located stay.
