Excellent location and value for money
Pros: Great location, just a 2-minute walk from the Central Market and the City Hall square, yet perfectly quiet at night. The apartment and building feel quite new, although some walls and pieces of furniture show minor signs of use. It’s very well equipped, with all the essentials for a longer stay: full kitchen appliances, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine. The beds are very comfortable, which makes a big difference for a multi-night stay. I also loved having two bathrooms and two smart TVs, ideal for watching a show from bed and falling asleep. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and supermarkets. Don’t miss Hundred, winner of the world’s best burger twice, only a minute’s walk away.
Cons: Honestly, I can’t find any. Considering the location and the amenities, the apartment is excellent for the price paid.

Pros: The apartment is super central in a quiet street. You can tell it's all relatively new. The beds were quite big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. Great to have 1 bathroom per room. It is appreciated that there is a TV in the master bedroom as well.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fine for a long stay

Incredible stay, would definitely come back.
Pros: The property is very well located, just in the middle of the city centre with most main attractions at a couple minute walk. It was also very clean and had everything we needed for the stay, and the host was very handy in their replies and recommendations!!
Cons: I can’t find anything that I didn’t enjoy.

Pros: Asunto on lämmin myös tammikuussa. Tosin lattiat kylmät, mutta se oli arvattavissa, kun kyseessä on ensimmäinen asuinkerros.
Cons: Talon ja alueen roskapisteellä on lajittelu lasi, pahvi, bio ja sekajäte, mutta asunnon keittiössä vain 1 jäteastia.

Pros: Die Lage in der Altstadt ist absolut perfekt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Markthalle ist direkt vor der Tür und es gibt Unmengen tolle Kneipen, Bars und Restaurants. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber in Ordnung. Bei längerem Aufenthalt gibt es zwischendurch Zimmer Service, der auch zusätzlich gebucht werden kann. Ebenfalls zusätzlich kann man einen Parkplatz direkt nebenan im Parkhaus buchen, was allerdings auch dringend erforderlich ist. Die Jungs vom Service waren super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!!!
Cons: Der Geschirr Bestand ist zu wenig, um die Spülmaschine zu füllen

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring Valencia and getting around easily. The owner was exceptional - very kind, responsible, and genuinely helpful. He shared many great recommendations and even created Google Maps lists with local restaurants, pastry shops, and other recommended places, which was incredibly useful. He was very helpful even after I moved out, supporting me and making my settling into the city smooth and easy.

Reposant , culturel et très agréable. On reviendra volontiers.
Pros: L'espace lumineux et l'aération des deux côté de l'appartement. Le calme et la literie pour un bon sommeil en sieste et la nuit. Le confort de l'ascenseur après des heures de ballade à pieds. La proximité du marché, commerces et de plusieurs musées.
Cons: Défaut d'entretien: des lavabos obstrués, couettes à expédier au pressing, quelques tâches sur les murs. Un petit mixer aurait été apprécié dans l'équipement cuisine pour faire des smoothies.
