Acogedor apartamento en Ruzafa-centro

Comfortable stay at a cozy apartment

Pros: Amazing apartment with all the amenities a family could need especially the kitchen which was fully stocked with utensils and cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper etc. The apartment was quite spacious for 4 people and there are 3 rooms - 2 rooms can accommodate a couple and 1 room can accommodate a single person. The location of the apartment is quite good, it is a short distance away from the Valencia train station and there are a couple of super markets in the neighbourhood.

Cons: The bedroom with twin beds is slightly smaller compared to the other one with double bed and the elevator is small as well.

Pros: Great location, well equipped, quiet at night but central.

Great location, cleanness and space

Pros: Lucrezia reached to me days before our arrival. She was very nice and comunicative. The apartament was big enough for 7 adults (one had to sleep on the sofa) - great it had 2 bathrooms and 2 ACs. It was very well equipped and clean. The location is great, central, close to the train station. There is a shop/market just in front of the building. Cafes and restaurants are nearby, as well as bike rental shops.

I recommend this apartment.

Pros: I liked everything I cared about - two bathrooms, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, the location is perfect (close to the center, next to bus stops, there is a Carrefour nearby, vegetable shops, bike rentals, restaurants)

Cons: The clothes drying rack was very well hidden in a cupboard, so unfortunately, we couldn't find and use it :)

Spacious, comfortable apartment in fantastic location,

Pros: Amazing location, very central. A few minutes to airport metro & aquarium metro, supermarket directly across the street, old town & historic sites super close, restaurants, bars, shops a minute away. Three bedrooms are great for a group with children. Balcony a nice bonus for a drink in the evening. Very modern bathrooms, good pressure in the showers. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Nowhere to stow luggage when catching a late flight. It cost us over €20 in a luggage storage facility near the station.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien. Amplio, cómodo. Muy bien situado. Perfectamente equipado. Excelente para 6 adultos como fue nuestro caso. Excelente trato personal.

Cons: Nada. Estamos muy satisfechos

Top locatie!

Pros: Fantastische locatie, erg ruim en mooi ingericht. Parkeergarage er direct naast was perfect. Keuken heel goed uitgerust.

Cons: De dikte van de kopkussens.

Pros: El departamento en general y la ubicación que era excelente. El depto muy bien equipado a pesar de ser 7

Cons: Nada

Pros: El hospedaje de 10, igual que la atención y amabilidad de Lucrecia. La casa es acogedora y tiene de todo. Amplia, cómoda y la ubicación perfecta. Desde que llegamos Lucrecia fue encantadora y nos dio muchas facilidades como dejar las maletas más tiempo. Muy recomendable.

Cons: Lo único fue que una de las habitaciones da para la calle y es cierto que el camión de basura se escuchaba demasiado.

Pros: Appartamento super top!!! Pulitissimo con tutti i comfort che si possono chiedere … i padroni di casa sono veramente e disponibilissimi… si trova in una posizione tattica e vicinissima al centro otto minuti a piedi e a metro e tram!!! consigliatissimo!!!
