Brilliant stop over location, clean and comfortable with easy parking nearby and access to public transport.

Pros: Air conditioned, modern, clean and the beds are very comfortable. If we were staying for longer we would have made use of the excellent cooking facilities and proximity to market.

Cons: Perhaps a bit on the small side, but we only stayed for one night so this didn’t affects us.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Ruzafa

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the heart of a fantastic entertainment area, the apartment was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend time in Valencia

Pros: Lovely and clean, easy access with codes. Brilliant location, I did not know Valencia and had been looking at the Old City but actually I think this area was better, it felt like a lot more real local people stayed here and it turned out access to buses and train stations and walking distance to other areas meant it was ideal. Lots of basic cooking and washing supplies in apartment. I would definitley go back to the apartment and happy to recommend it.

Cons: The adjacent apartment block was undergoing some refurbishment but it didn't start before 9am weekdays (nothing at the weekend) and did not last that long and was not heavy duty work. The only other thing might be that if you wanted air conditioning in the second bedroom you would have to use the portable unit from the living area but I did not need to use it.

We had a very enjoyable stress free peaceful time

Pros: The location was fantastic.It was quite quiet at night and it was very clean.I was very impressed and I think it is an excellent place to stay that I would recommend to my friends.

Cons: Nothing really except that the language is small problem..you need to be very clear…less is more…but otherwise everything was very good

Top location, clean apartment, home feel, friendly kind staff.

Pros: Excellent location, just outside tourist attractions, on vibrant trendy area

Cons: No bath only shower (I had filtered properties based on bath availability)

Cons: Parking was difficult. Stairs to the apartment were fine for us but would be a problem for people with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

Pros: Great place to explore the old town and get to the beach. Jose was a great host.

Pros: location was fabulous. The flat was modern and clean and well equipped . The host was helpful by phone and his friend Leo who met us to let us in was lovely

Cons: The only downside was no lift and lots of steep narrow stairs… if you have poor mobility or heavy luggage it’s not easy access
