FLORIT FLATS - Ruzafa Attic with Private Terrace

Pros: Really good communication with host and very easy to enter apartment with the new app. The outdoor area is a lovely bonus and has plenty of space. Kitchen and bathroom aren't very big but still perfect for a few nights stay. There is an elevator in the building but only goes to 5th floor so just a note that you will have to take your bags up another flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The apartment is also in a great location not far from city centre plus there are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Looking forward to returning :)

Cons: Just some small things like could do with more cutlery like spoons etc. Also some of the decking was broken so would need some repair and the tiles were abit dirty. The entrance to the apartment on the 6th floor could do with abit of a revamp. As I say these are small things and did not effect our stay in any way. Just a few things that can be repaired for future guests cause the apartment is really lovey and has great character.

Nice apartment in a great location.

Pros: Nice apartment on the top floor with a nice terrace. It is in an old building but was clean and had everything you need. Just to note although there is a lift you still need to get your bags up one last flight of stairs to the apartment. Great location which was fairly quiet with lots of bars & restaurants close by. Also a good supermarket just up the road which was handy.

Perfect stay in very good location

Pros: Good location and roof patio is a real bonus. Everything as promised and 100% per pictures

Cons: Smell of drain in the shower. Need a new are lock

All in all a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this place.

Pros: Great location on the edge of the old town. 10 minutes walk to most attractions. Plenty shops, restaurants etc nearby. Close to Metro (Xativa) for beach, airport etc. Quiet location, Roof terrace was lovely. Hosts were helpful and arranged airport transfer.

Cons: Keys to doors were tricky as they were copies of copies. Apartment door needs to be pulled towards you to open. Took 20 minutes at first use. Toilet and kitchen were small but adequete for 2 people. Some noise from lift but nothing much. A sweeping brush, rubbish bags, more cutlery would be good.

Pros: Nice clean rooftop apartment with a lovely balcony. Was in contact with host by message. Very helpful and left us water treats and a bottle of bubbly.

Cons: Unsure about the aircon so took a while to heat the place when we came back in the evening could do with a plug in heater maybe.

Very good place where all Important sights can be reached.

Pros: Very close to City Center, ruzafa District but also to the More exclusive Gran via Area with good Restaurants. 30 Minuten Walk to the City of Cience. 5 minutes Walk from Metro Station. Great terrace and no traffic noise.

Cons: Some smaller Renovation works Should be done. Elevator noise when used from others due to thin walls.

Pros: Wszystko, co potrzebne i jeszcze więcej! :) wygodne łóżko, piękny taras, wyposażona kuchnia, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Idealna lokalizacja i bardzo wygodny sposób logowania :)

Cons: Przy słabym śnie konieczne stopery, bo w mieszkaniu słychać mechanizm windy i może to obudzić.

Pros: Super lokalita Ruzafa (kousek do historického centra i do parku), terasa moc příjemná.

Joli studio bien situé avec belle terrasse

Pros: Appartement à proximité du métro et de la veille ville. Belle terrasse. Édifice calme. Lit confortable. Idéal pour 1-2 personnes.

Maravilloso apartamento.

Pros: Todo, la terraza es espectacular, la ubicación ideal, ultraconfortable, bien explicado y pensado la entrada, uso y normas, bien decorado, con todas las comodidades.

Cons: No pondría ninguna pega.
