Pros: Comfy rooms, good location for the football stadium, only 15 minutes on the metro to the centre, great budget find.

overall, i liked everything. i would come back here again if i came to Valencia for a couple of days

Pros: i liked the location of the apartments — there’s a bus stop nearby and many inexpensive places to eat. simple check-in, the room was clean. i found it cute that they left two candies on the bedside table. the bed was quite large for such a small room

Cons: this room is literally a synonym for the phrase ‘minimal comfort’. it’s neither good nor bad — it’s simply suitable for 1–2 nights and justifies the price the guest pays. the room is very small, basically just a bed and a toilet, with no space to move around. you can always hear when someone walks in the corridor because the rooms are very close to each other, but overall i didn’t hear my neighbors. i didn’t really like that i never saw any staff members except the cleaners, although the messages say that staff are available in the apartments, if i’m not mistaken, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (i don’t remember exactly). i didn’t have any questions — i just felt it was worth mentioning

Pros: The hotel was contactless, but there was someone there to assist with access and explain everything on arrival. The hotel, whilst basic, met my needs for somewhere clean to sleep and wwith reasonable facilities.

Cons: The private bathroom, which was outside of the room, was a little far from the room

Pros: The room was spotless and had plenty of space. The staff were very kind and helpful, and communication with the property was smooth and easy.

If I travel next time to Valencia, I will choose this apartament.

It was a very nice stay. It is a 15 min ride on the bus to reach the beach.

Pros: The hotel was clean. We enjoyed free coffee and biscuits every day. From Tuesday till Friday was cleaned properly on time.

Cons: On Saturday the room was not cleaned till 1 p.m. We decided to rest and put up the sign do not disturb. On Sunday the room again was not cleaned till 3 p.m. we decided to go out. When we returned at 6 p.m. the bathroom and toilet were dirty. Only the bed was done. There was sand on the floor.
