Good location in authentic city street.

Pros: Location of property was fine - about 10 minutes walk from metro station that gets you to the city centre within 15 minutes. Also close to the Science and Arts park which is lit up at night. Liked the fact that I was staying in a modern authentic Valencian street. Facilities in the apartment were good - shared with whoever has booked the other room in the flat. Owner, Kiara was great at sending and responding to messages to help the stay go smoothly. Overall a good stay.

Cons: Nothing - all good.

Nice location to have the real feel of the city

Pros: The location in a traditional neighbourhood. Restaurants and cafes are close by. There are bus stops close to the flat, so easy to reach the beach and different places in the city. Quiet building. The room was spacious and clean toilet. The host provided water, milk and beer for free. Clear definition of shelves in the fridge for the different people statying in the flat. Only 2 rooms with own toilets in the flat.

Cons: There was only one toilet roll provided for 4 days. The pillows have a not clean smell, I suggest using a pillow protector on the top of the cover pillow. The laundry in the living room doesn't look nice. The need to adjust the arrival time to the person opening the door rather than the other way around.

Great stay!

Pros: The apartment was lovely. The room was really spacious and the bed super comfy. Our host, Kiara, was great ! She let us check in early and gave us some nice tips on where to get tapas and enjoy international food. We had lots of water bottles available, coffee and biscuits during our stay. The place had everything we needed, and it was just a 10 minutes walk from El Turia and La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias 😊

Home away from home in Valencia!

Pros: This is a great apartment type accommodation with a very functional kitchen and good systems! I like this area of Valencia with a bit more space and it's possible to find free parking on the street.

Pros: The lady who took care of the apartment is Kiara. Very welcoming and helpful with any question i had. The space was simply furnished and the kitchen adequate for my needs. The space is walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences, and metro. It was easy to catch a bus to the downtown area and see the Fallas installations and preparations take shape.

Cons: The shower was narrow, and I'd would hit the shower faucet when I turned.

Pros: Just a perfect stay for me. I had huge bedroom that was beyond comfortable. The property contains everything you would have at home with regards facilities. The flat is 10-15 minutes easy walk to the the science park with shops cafes along the way. The host I dealt with was just so lovely and simply a pleasure to deal with. I shall most definitely return and book for same room again as determined to re visit the science park area again this year.

Cons: Nothing negative to say as for me it was a perfect stay.

A great option between the old city and the beach!

Pros: A really spacious and comfortable apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are great and the communal living room and kitchen are very comfortable. They even provide their guests with some very welcome drinks and snacks. Wonderful people running this and they provided useful information in advance and lots of great tips when I was there. It's only a 15 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and enjoyed it very much!

Pros: Was not very from the centre, good connection with the transport, nearby to Mercadona and fruit, vegetables shops.
